Dr. Desai is a very pleasant and extremely involved doctor. Gives you a great feeling that he is very interested and knowledgeable with regards to your situation. He has been great to deal with and I have sent several people to him who feel the same way.

I found Dr. Desai through my insurance network since I needed a new PCP. I’ve been incredibly impressed with how quickly I’ve always been able to schedule appointments with him & his flexibility. Not to mention his consistently fast replies through the mychart. He’s approachable, relational, and is down to earth. 10/10 recommend. His staff are all great as well.

Dr Desai is an excellent General Practitioner. He has been very thorough during my visits. I've noted that he comes into the room prepared, doing his research before meeting with his patients and is excellent on following up on emailed questions as well as prescription refill requests. We're very lucky to have him in the Powell area and I highly recommend him.

I went to COPC for primary care and the experience was great. The overall check-in process was smooth and took less than 5 minutes including e-checking. Wait in lobby was just about 2 minutes, best in class experience so far.

Stephanie was great and listened to my existing conditions and took notes for Dr. Desai to follow up.

Dr.Desai is young, very energetic and very calmly heard about my medical history checked what my concerns were and explained nuances with insurance. Provided me with options for my care for me to think about instead of rushing to a decision.

Results were extremely fast. Most of them came in less than 6 hours.

I definitely recommend Dr.Desai and team for their primary care services

Had the pleasure of being treated here during their first week open as I transferred from another COPC location as I live closer to this one than the other. Facility is extremely clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. It is truly a class-act operation! Dr. Desai is very inviting and non-judgmental and covered all of my health concerns with a wonderful beside manner and professionalism. The nurses and support staff are kind and caring and I truly have enjoyed my visits and look forward to many more years of care at this location and with this doctor. The service is very attentive and swift and they treat you as a person and not an object. I have recommended this branch to everyone that I talk to!
