Very disappointing experience.
I visited for nail extensions because I wanted my nails slightly longer than their natural length. I also booked three additional services. The owner, Priya, was cordial at first. My total bill was £123, and since their website advertised a 15% first-visit discount, I received a £13 discount.
During the pedicure, I was not satisfied as it felt like only a basic nail touch-up. The biggest issue was with the nail extension service. I clearly showed the length I wanted, but the technician struggled to shape the extensions and kept cutting them. After the gel was applied, I noticed the extensions were actually shorter than my original nails.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested the extensions be removed, the staff's attitude changed noticeably. I told them I would still pay for all the services provided. However, instead of the expected amount 110, I was charged £99.

I had a HydraFacial with Priya, and she was really thorough throughout the process. The experience was very relaxing. My skin felt glowing and clean afterward. Would definitely recommend

I had such a great time at this nail salon.
The girls are incredibly friendly and always happy to listen and bring your ideas to life. They helped me choose the perfect design and gave really professional advice.

The final result was flawless, precise, and long-lasting. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and kindness!

The nail lady Laura had really bad technique. The nails were uneven, cuticles were flooding, and edges were uneven. She did not accommodate when I said that I was unsatisfied and kept blaming it on the cuticles.
I have gotten my nails done many times and it has never been this bad.

Absolutely amazing job she did on my pedicure and my friend’s manicure. I was so grateful for the care, attention and the perfectly polished finished. Atmosphere was comfortable & chic, and there was great efforts made in ensuring we had all that we needed. Everything was10/10!!!!!!!!
