Wow... They're polite there but they really don't know what they're talking about. I've been there 3 times for different reasons and the employees gave me unhelpful tips every time. They either told me to do some stuff that didn't have any logic with what the problem was or told me that there wasn't anything they could do to help me. You should train your employees properly.

We buy our dog food there, they have a great selection and a money back garanty if after a few days your animal does not like the food. They will take the product back without any fees or cost to you. This is limited to certain products, must ask before buying.

"Little" store but excellent dog toy selection! They have alot of interactive toys! The store is clean and staff is friendly! The leash and collar selection is small but you can find something that you need! The store is very clean! I love the cat toy selection! Its the first time I enter and I will definitely be back! I'm gonna recommend this store to all my friends with pets! I recommend this store to everyone that has pets at home!

Went for food for my Great Dane. The girl who was working was super knowledgeable and friendly! Offered to carry the 33lb bag to the car for me since I’m heavily pregnant. (I did carry it myself but appreciated the sentiment) first time going and I will for sure be going back!!
