I have put off writing a review because people just have bad days and I understand. I work in healthcare which includes public interaction for 100% of my day. I have been going to this gas station for well over a decade and have had no problems. I’m not sure who the lady is that’s been working, she has been here a little while and has been rude ever since she started. Older lady always on the register, with an afro hairstyle. She is SO rude, not only one time but every single time I have been in here she has been so rude to me to where I have to take a step back and think to myself “is she seriously talking to a customer like this?” I’m not talking about just a rude tone, I’m talking about the whole interaction every single time you walk in there is rude. I’ve see her be rude to other customers as well. I come here for my own necessities, gas and when my kids want a snack. I’m done going here, I’ve given her the benefit of the doubt of just having bad days but nope. She is just a plain rude person, and I’m done being scared to walk into a gas station and wonder who’s working and how I will be talked to. Someone needs to have a conversation with her and give her some tips on customer service, because she severely lacks it.

The workers are very rude. I was in there awhile ago a customer card declined and he was transferring funds the cashier acted like he was trying to steal when he was staying. By the register
She was very rude to him so he threw a pack of gum at the worker. I have cancer and she got done with my treatment and had a severe Migraine I ran in the store to get a pack of BC’s and a coke when I the cashier was checking me out she was very rude to me I said you don’t have to be so rude to me she called her boss over there and said I need go outside before I hurt someone the manger was very rude to me she said if someone threw something at u would be rude to. The cashier didn’t have to be rude to other customers. When I was walking to my car the cashier was staying outside and tried to fight me I will never go back in that store

Love having my shell rewards to get so much off gas ⛽️ also I love the deals on the cigarettes for my kind anyways. I love the little cigarette cases , ashtrays, chargers , etc. all the little nick nacks 😂 only thing I don’t like is the price of the herseys dipped pretzels 😢 they are $5 something when you can go to a chevron and they are only $3.19 a lot cheaper.

So my husband and I have been purchasing our cigarettes at this location for years now and so yesterday we get 2 packs of Marlboro special select red shorts just like we do every couple days and do we paid $11.02 with our rewards points and so this morning we go to purchase the same exact thing and they try to charge us $13.12 with rewards points. So my husband say something about it being $11.02 yesterday for same thing and so the manager had the nerve to say that "it's a NEW MONTH"... So we say "really well yesterday was the first of the month and it was not this price yesterday" and of course the manager continues to say "it's a new month". So that's what the manager at this store does.. SHE PRICE GOUGES.... This isn't the first time this has happened there. THIS STORE CHARGES WHAT IT WANTS WHEN IT WANTS TO. DONT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANY GOOD OR KIND SERVICE...
