The Plumbing Nerds helped me out today with leak in my kitchen sink. They found the problem efficiently and did an amazing job fixing the issue quickly so I could get back to using my sink. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Danilo at Plumbing Nerds for an incredible job! He was kind, courteous and thorough. My kitchen sink was backed up badly, my pipes lost seals, kitchen flooded, pipe blocked with grease, old water system removed and needed a new tap installed too! It was overwhelming. He spent a half a day fixing it all and was reasonably priced. I am thrilled! THANK YOU! 😁

I have had two plumbing emergencies in the past six months, and both times, the Plumbing Nerds team exceeded my expectations with their quick and professional service.

The most recent issue involved a clogged main line in my basement, which could have led to flooding if not addressed immediately. Despite it being 3 PM on a Friday, they understood the urgency and were onsite within 90 minutes of my call. They efficiently removed the clog and prevented further damage.

The first time, I faced another main line clog—an issue I’ve come to learn is common given the age of my home. Dominic and the team assessed the situation, identified the problem, and resolved it thoroughly. This was a severe clog, but they expertly cleared the line all the way to the city connection while maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.

Dominic was wonderful. Very polite, curtious and clean! He came in with shoe covers and put a mat down in the area he worked.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and he came in, assessed the problem, gave us three options based on our budget and fixed it within an hour of arriving.

He also went above and beyond. We were hearing running water after flushing a toilet and he also took a look at that but unfortunately, the time you go to show someone everything looks fine after several attempts.

Would definitely recommend them again.

Plumbing needs have now fixed issues at my work, my neighbours house and now ours. All three happy customers!
