AN ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE!
MY FRIEND TRIED TO BUY A SIMPLE WATER BOTTLE AND SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE STAFF MEMBER HE WAS PAYING BY CREDIT. DESPITE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS, THE DEAF STAFF MEMBER PUT THE POS TERMINAL TO DEBIT, CAUSING THE TRANSACTION TO GET CANCELED TWICE. WHEN MY FRIEND ASKED HER TO CORRECT HER OWN MISTAKE, INSTEAD OF ACKNOWLEDGING HER ERROR, SHE BECAME EXTREMELY RUDE AND DEMANDED THAT HE LEAVE THE STORE!
WHAT MAKES THIS EVEN MORE DISGUSTING IS THAT MY FRIEND EVEN OFFERED TO PAY BY CASH JUST TO GET A DRINK, AND SHE STILL REFUSED TO SELL HIM THE WATER BOTTLE! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOUR STAFF?! WHERE WE BELONG, OUR CULTURE TEACHES US THAT GIVING WATER TO A THIRSTY PERSON IS ONE OF THE GREATEST GOOD DEEDS A HUMAN CAN DO. TO REFUSE TO EVEN *SELL* WATER TO A THIRSTY, GENUINE CUSTOMER IS BEYOND PATHETIC—IT IS COMPLETELY INHUMANE!
IF ANY AUTHORITIES, OWNERS, OR MANAGEMENT WITH ANY DECENCY ARE READING THIS: TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THIS AWFUL BEHAVIOR IMMEDIATELY! WE UNDERSTAND THAT UNION STATION IS SOMETIMES FULL OF SHADY PEOPLE, BUT YOUR STAFF MUST HAVE THE BASIC BRAINS AND COMMON SENSE TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN A GENUINE CUSTOMER TRYING TO BUY WATER AND A SHADY PERSON!
LOOKING AT THE NUMEROUS OTHER REVIEWS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE EXACT SAME DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE, IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT DO NOT CARE AT ALL. WELL DONE! IT IS NO WONDER WHY THE ENTIRE FOOD COURT WAS PACKED WITH CUSTOMERS AT EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT, WHILE AT "THAI EXPRESS" ONLY FLIES WERE FLYING AROUND! ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING SERVICE!

Ghastly. I grabbed a quick lunch here on my way to get the train. My friend and I had the same thing. I ate all of mine as I was really hungry and she ate a small amount. That was at 130 yesterday afternoon. I got home by 4 and was so sick. I threw up and went straight to bed. I threw up again at about 6 pm.
Felt better afterwards, had a shower and went back to bed. Woke up again at 2 am to vomit once again. Slept till 6 this morning and finally feel human again.
Red curry chicken is my favourite Thai dish but I think it might be ruined for me.
I can’t say it was food poisoning but seems extremely suspicious. My friend was fine.
I don’t want anything but just to report my experience.

Worst thai express experience ever. (I will give the benefit of the doubt because I came towards their closing time) I ordered the classic pineapple chicken, extra spicy, it got prepared extra ordinarily quicker than usual which may have been because it was close to closing time and they may have had leftovers.
1. It was not spicy, it tasted like regular
2. The sauce tasted like heavy tomato sauce, not how it usually tastes
3. My biggest issue and what prompted this review was the Chicken. It was basically balls of dough, it did not have any chicken in it and tasted mostly like flour which really left me irritated

Thai Express - 65 Front Street West
I have dined in and ordered from various different Thai Express locations depending on convenience, accessibility and preference. However this location was my most recent order.
I would like to acknowledge their quality and portion.
I ordered the Pad See Ew which is normally made with their house brand soy sauce. I modified my order to substitute the house brand soy sauce with the Pad Thai sweet and sour sauce and it was an absolute game changer. Highly recommend!
