David Baker helped me sell my Sun City West home exactly the way I wanted — for cash, as-is, with no repairs and a quick closing. I had a specific amount I wanted to net from the sale, and David worked hard to make it happen. He made the entire process easy and kept me informed along the way. David is professional, personable, and responsive! Even after the closing when he was planning to be out of the country before I was scheduled to vacate the home, he let me know the dates he would be unavailable and put me in touch with the new owners so we could coordinate the details of my vacating the property and the buyers being able to verify and occupy.
I highly recommend David if you’re looking for a knowledgeable Realtor to sell a home in Sun City West and all of Phoenix.

I had a great experience working with David Baker with eXp Realty to purchase my home in South Phoenix, Arizona. David helped me navigate the entire home-buying process and find a home that was a great fit for what I was looking for. As a first time homebuyer David’s expertise was extremely valuable! I’m very happy with the home and the neighborhood.
David knows the South Phoenix real estate market extremely well and was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and help me make informed decisions along the way.

I’m writing this review as a fellow Realtor who serves a market north of David’s area in South Phoenix.
In my conversations with David, I’ve been consistently impressed by the depth of his knowledge—not just of South Phoenix, but of the Phoenix metro area as a whole. It’s remarkable how well he understands such a large and diverse market.
David has a strong grasp of both residential and commercial sales and leasing, and he is always generous with his expertise. It’s reassuring to have a knowledgeable and trustworthy professional I can consult with when my clients have needs in the Phoenix area.
I would confidently recommend David to anyone looking for a real estate professional with deep market knowledge and a commitment to serving his clients well.
