the absolutely least helpful company ever. It’s impossible to email or message them. The live chat on the website doesn’t connect you to a real person nine times out of ten, and if it does connect you to a real person, that person doesn’t respond to any messages, or I can’t see the messages they send. Impossible to communicate with.

Dishonest company. Another Utah Scam. My 93 year old mother needs to get into assisted living and has been trying to get a small fraction of her money out for two weeks. She has made numerous calls. We even took her to the office in Lehi. They keep saying it will be there tomorrow. It isn't. People keep telling us different things. Her entire life savings and she can't get any of it. Completely dishonest.
