I cannot say enough good things about this dry cleaners! They have fair prices, are honest about expectations, and deliver amazing results. Not to mention, their team of staff are absolutely phenomenal! Everyone I spoke with made me feel comfortable as if I was dropping off my items to family. I was hesitant about bringing in my high end suede leather item for mildew removal anywhere and put my trust into their team, and the results were better than I had ever imagined. Thank you so much Sudsies! Will be coming back for any of my dry cleaning needs :)

I entrusted them with 3 very expensive gowns from my daughter’s wedding. There were grass stains and dirt on the bottom of the train of one of them as well as beading that was loose. The communication regarding the work that needed to be done was excellent. Eric kept me informed about the work that was needed. They did an excellent job on all 3 gowns regarding stain removal and repairs. The prices are definitely high, but personally I don’t dry clean often so knowing it would be done properly was the priority for me. I definitely appreciated the excellent communication and prompt delivery.

My visit at Sudsie’s in Fort Lauderdale was amazing! Same day alterations, my garment was pressed and an amazing customer experience. I called in before I came and spoke with Samuel. His customer satisfaction is top tier. When I arrived I was greeted by the manager (black female), but I didn’t get her name. She was amazing as well. I will definitely be a returning customer.

My husband had an important interview on Tuesday and we wanted to get his suit and some dress shirts cleaned. I showed up on Friday and spoke with them at the desk. They were so incredibly friends and nice and answered all of my questions and were able to make sure the clothes were ready on Monday. They let me know that I could have done the free pickup/ drop off service but I was happy to go in to check the place and people out that work there, and I was not disappointed. On Monday, I received a prompt message that my clothes were ready and the pick up and the process was very easy! I will absolutely be using their services again!!

I chose this dry cleaner because I expected professional stain removal and pressing - they did great with my blankets before.

I brought in a blazer with what appeared to be ordinary coffee stains. When it was returned it looked beautifully pressed and packaged but the stains were completely unchanged. Attached was a tag saying the stains could not be removed.

Out of curiosity, before even removing that tag I applied a basic stain remover at home used a toothbrush and the stain came out on the first attempt.

The same happened with my husband’s shirt. It came back perfectly pressed, but the stain remained, and the underarm discoloration was still visible. No tag that stain in stubborn so I assume they didn’t even see it.

The customer service was excellent and the pressing quality was outstanding. However, based on my experience don’t expect much when it comes to actual stain removal.

Apparently a toothbrush and a $5 stain remover at home are more effective than professional stain removal.
