Purchased a house in 2022 at 20 years old that was disclosed as newly remodeled and assured to me it was perfect for me and would be a great property. Since then I've had to do the plumbing and water pipes out of pocket, roof out of pocket, and now my home is quite literally falling beneath mine and my toddlers feet. This house has since been deemed uninsurable and uninhabitable and still somehow has a FHA loan on it 🤯 never should've been approved for this loan with the conditions of this house!

When it comes to some banks they have some stipulations about dealing with a family members revocable trust. I had to deal with 6 different banks during this time period, because they could not adhere to some of the decrees. I spent a few mornings trying to get a local bank that I had done business with to accept our business. I finally got fed up with the run around, and went to Arvest in Benton, AR. They welcomed us in and were willing to open the account with no stipulations. They were so helpful even to the time we had to finalize the trust. I am truly grateful for their service. Please keep them in mind when you have some special needs. I bet you will find the support you need just like I did. In closing they even provided me a refinancing loan on our house as well.

I went to open a checking and savings account and I was met with a smile from a friendly guy named Kyle. He was extremely nice and went over and beyond to help me get my account opened. So the next time you go inside ask for Kyle he's awesome!😊😊🫶🏾👍🏾
