Robert repaired our geothermal air conditioning which was not working. He did a wonderful job figuring out the problem, getting the correct parts and repairing the system. I can not speak highly enough about Robert’s skill and constructive attitude. He was just great.

Troy D. provided us with amazing service. He arrived very quickly within 20 minutes after booking appointment. Troy was very professional and assessed our HVAC unit. He diagnosed the problem and made time to explain the situation. Overall we were blown away with Troy’s professionalism. I discontinued my membership last year due to poor service from a previous technician. Thanks to Troy I will reinstate my maintenance membership.

We are very greatful for the service we received from Mid FL Heat & Air recently AND in the many years past. Our first technician Carlos O. was a savior coming on a late emergency call a couple days ago. Very knowledgeable young man. Kept me 'in the know' at all times. Got us running with cool air for a couple days til we had a new updated AC system installed 2 days later. Seth & Ty were the techs that arrived for our install. They worked very well together and for the most part everything went pretty smoothly. Until a hic-cup with an upgrade we had on our old unit that was transfered to the new unit. Seth & Ty called the boss man Garrett and he resolved two issues over the phone with 'not a problem' at all. That made us feel like a valued customer as he spoke that indeed we were! Thank you Mid Fl Heat & Air for our exemplary service we received. 👌🏻

Had a new $ 13,000 system installed 2 weeks ago, been a nightmare ever since. From running constantly to not running at all. Emergency service is non existent, no call back, no one showed up since 3 pm today. So far this system is junk! Add on, at 10 15 pm a tech showed up, he found the issue and repaired it, he was very professional and explained everything and why he was doing it. He went over the system to make sure it was the only issue. Thank u.

Had a need for a maintenance service and an ongoing issue with a clogged line. Jacob was a great service technician. Professional, timely and easy going. 100 degree day and this young man was steadfast on problem solving my issues.
