Became a customer when they first opened up last year, this store has not changed the rep there which is great because they know me now and i feel comfortablepaying here. So annoying dealing with so many different reps.

Got online quite for 4 lines full unlimited $120 with free phones and activation. Went to store and $120 became $380 somehow for the exact same thing. Just used the website. Phones came in 2 days and I activated free on the website. Billing began at time if activation not online order btw.

Definitely recommend to come to this total wireless for any needs. Gilbert is the definition of customer service, great attitude and personality. He helped me port my old number to this company and made the process a lot smoother. No complains and a lot of patience from Gilbert. I am new to this phone company and will be staying because of this type of customer service for sure. Will be recommending others here.
