The team was friendly, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. Special shout out to the installers, Steve and Dustin! I couldn’t have asked for a better installation duo!
Our new garage door looks amazing and works flawlessly. It’s rare these days to have an experience where everything goes exactly right, but that’s what happened here. We highly recommend Overhead Door and would definitely use them again.

I reached out to Overhead Door for pricing on new garage doors and openers. Steven the tech from there was out within two days of my request, as I made the request on Saturday. I let Steven know that I was interested in changing out my current openers that were chain drive to a belt driven system that would be a bit quieter. Steven, gave me multiple options so we could make the best choice for us. Steven stayed beyond normal working hours and installed both openers for us that day. He was courteous and considerate making sure we had everything we needed. He also paired all three of our vehicles to both doors and took the extra time to make sure we understood the new products. We are very happy with the new openers and grateful that we got such a knowledgeable and personable tech that installed our products. Thanks again Steven!

Scott Case did a great job installing replacement springs, motor, sensors (basically everything but the door and the tracks). He explained all the options, and was not “pushy” at all. He got it all done in under 2 hours, including even programming the remotes in both cars as well as the outside keypad. Everything works wonderfully (and is unbelievably QUIET compared to the 2007 equipment). Very happy to have Scott do the service call.
