Having been to the Murphy’s in Virginia Beach, we had to try the one on King Street in Alexandria. Fun Fact - they have their own oyster farm and during happy hour they are only $0.75 each. We had a dozen!! Very good. We also choose to go up stairs which was less busy and we were taken care of nicely. We choose the fried egg rolls, onion rings from the happy hour menu and were full, so we didn’t have a chance to try the fish and chips. Oh well - next time we will have them.

The second I walked in, I was greeted by Tyler, who was running a complete one-man show. Despite managing 9 separate parties and 16 guests all on his own, he had me welcomed in under 30 seconds.
I asked him to surprise me, and in less than two minutes, I had a refreshing Tito’s Mule ($5.50), a fantastic craft beer ($5.00), and an ice water sitting in front of me. I also put in an order for the Cajun Crab Dip ($10.00) with Old Bay Hot Sauce on the side.
In today’s fast-paced world and current economy, I was blown away by the incredible promptness, genuine warm hospitality, and unbeatable price point. Tyler deserves all the recognition in the world for pulling that off seamlessly!

Excellent pub. I had a great time drinking beers , watching some tennis and eating a great hamburger w its delicious fries. The prices are great and the food is great quality. The atmosphere is very cool and live music on a Monday was a plus. Bartender was super nice

I've been to ALOT of Irish pubs in both North America and Europe, and this is probably the best place I've been too.

The food is amazing, the Sheperds Pie is amazing, even with the cheese on it. The staff, was superb, never letting my drink sit empty for more then a couple minutes. And the live music on a Monday was perfect.... I will be back!
