I worked with Steve and his team to do work on my basement that was requested by the city for legalization of a secondary suite. The work involved making a messy mechanical room, with all sorts of wires and tubing, smoke tight with drywall and a self-closing door, and also changing and fixing additional doors. The team performed the work impeccably and in just about 15 days, despite tenants occupying the unit. They were very respectful, clean and precise, and they also made some last minute changes requested by the City after the inspection for no additional cost. It was a great experience working with them, they did an incredible work and I highly recommend them.
