Cody and Cody swept in to save the day and my scheduled install after a shaky start.
I am happy with my new windows! These guys were personable, professional, skilled, clean, and made sure everything was complete and I was happy before they packed up to leave, It was an extra long day for them but they kept smiles on their faces. The initial sales pitch was lengthy but the measurement tech was friendly and I appreciate the crews they sent out for the install. Thanks Cody x2!

Kris Dunlap and his 2 workers did a great job. Very professional, they all worked hard and efficiently. Kris’s experience showed in his work. He also listened to any concerns I had and found solutions. Porch and attic windows turned out great, I am very pleased.

5/14
Matt,Kody and Cody did an excellent job with some follow up work I requested. They made some adjustments/securements to the tops of the aluminum wrap and replaced one piece. They also installed the new full length screens. I had missed the default is 1/2 screens on the quote. Some of the half screens were damaged and had to be repaired anyways. There was no additional cost.
Matt,Cody and Kody were friendly, professional, and efficient with their work. I am very pleased with the whole experience with Mad City Windows and highly recommend them.

Mad City has been a pleasure to work with from the very beginning; their customer service is excellent. Shane replaced my stained shower with a clean acrylic shower efficiently. He was very professional in his communication and left the house spotless afterward. Highly recommend using Mad City for your next home project!

Mad City just finished installing a walk-in shower and new bathroom window for us and we couldn’t be happier with the process and results. They were a super company to work with from beginning to end and everyone we dealt with was extremely service-oriented and professional. Derek was our installer and he was the best! He and his assistant Hailey were very organized and focused and asked questions as needed. They were very pleasant to work with and did a magnificent job on the project. We were impressed with how responsible they were and how well they cleaned up when the project was finished. This was a superlative contractor experience and thank you Derek for the excellent installation!

Matt and Cody have been great. They are the nicest guys. They put in all 4 windows quickly and they look great. They informed me the last window broke in shipping and reassessed me the window will be replaced and installed at a later date. The company didn't require me to sign the completion document until the final window is installed and I have no doubt this crew will resolve the issue and get my replacement window here and installed with no issues. They are managing the situation as professionals. I'd definitely recommend MadCity to anyone looking for windows. Even though there was a broken window that was no fault of their own the company is managing the issue and I trust they will handle it well throughout the entire process to completion. Matt B and Cody O have been great and are extremely professional. Everyone has been professional and easy to work with.
