We use Qwik Park every month, and we are always impressed with the drivers, and the people that greet us when we arrive, leave, and everything, really. Our last trip though was especially good. Lamotta was our driver. We happened to be on the bus with grandparents, a mother and her toddler son who was so over the whole experience of a delayed flight and then getting on a bus. Lamotta just took charge in the most amazing way. She started singing "The Wheels on the Bus." We all joined in and pretty soon the little guy was smiling. She even peeped the horn when it came to that part in the song. It was such a beautiful way to end our trip. Hope we have her again!

Jon L just picked us up from the airport after a long trip. We’ve been using Qwik Park for over 6 years and he has been by far the greatest driver. He was so courteous. Great drivers, speedy parking, and transport to the airport!

The ladies at the pull-in window are kind and helpful, directed me to where I need to go and made the whole system a breeze!

Would suggest if you had to go for a longer work trip as parking rates are cheaper, or if anyone felt uncomfortable traveling alone.

This was my first time parking near DTW, and I was impressed by how quickly the shuttles arrived both to and from the airport. They even pick you up directly at your car, which is very convenient. There was barely any wait time during my experience. Billy was friendly, professional, and quick to help with our luggage. He also went above and beyond by helping jump-start my car. We just had the most extraordinary service last night from Billy who assisted us with a dead battery and flat tire. We flew in from Aruba late last night only to find our car wouldn’t start and had a flat tire. I flagged Billy down for assistance and without hesitation he told me he would drop off his remaining four passengers and be back to help. He communicated with the front gate to let our friends with jumper cables back in who were already on their way back to Saginaw. He used his portable air compressor to put enough air in the tire to get us to the nearest gas station. With his help we got the car started, got to a gas station for air, and made it home safely to Saginaw. Billy, we can’t thank you enough. P. O'Connor

I have used QP for years and have always found it safe and convenient. This most recent time, even though I arrived at Detroit airport at the absolute busiest time of day I had a very short wait time for the Qwik Park shuttle back to my vehicle. The bus was full but our driver, Lamatta, a delightful driver, organized us and got us to our vehicles speedily. It was very cold and it had been snowing and at every drop off she made sure everyone got into their vehicle and got it started before she drove off. When I got to my vehicle, my battery was dead. She brought me back into the shuttle so I could stay warm and safe and went to the office for a battery charger. Even though she was very busy and needed to get back to the airport she got my vehicle started. I’m a rather old woman and by this time I was completely rattled so I asked her to lead me to the exit which she did and made sure I was good to go before she left me. Lamatta was extremely kind, compassionate and caring. I am grateful to her and the entire staff at QP.

I’ve used this car lot service multiple times when parking at the airport, and the experience has always been smooth and reliable. You pull in, they pick you up right at your car, and even grab your bags for you. When returning, there is always a shuttle at the pick up waiting, and they drop you off right at your car as well. What really stood out, though, was my last visit. I returned home during a snowstorm and was expecting to deal with a car covered in snow. Instead, my driver, Freeman, went above and beyond. He told me to sit in my car while he brushed all the snow off for me. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture after a long trip. Service like that truly makes a difference and keeps me coming back. Highly recommend.

I just had the most extraordinary service with driver Spencer tonight 1/14/2025. We flew in from San Antonio into Detroit during a snowstorm. Spencer exceeded my customer expectations by doing the following:
1. Spencer loaded out our bags onto the bus.
2. Spencer briefed us on the weather; letting us know that the roads were slick and to be sure we took our ride home slow.
3 He moves FAST! Running to load our bags to minimize our delay after a long day of travel.
4. When we got to our vehicle he not only unloaded our bags from the bus, but he carried them through inches of snow to our trunk!
5. On top of all of that, he was friendly and personable! He even took the time to take a picture to post for my review.
Spencer needs to be promoted to customer service trainer! Fantastic service that will make me use Quick Park again.

I had an excellent experience with Qwik Park at DTW. It was incredibly easy to pull in and find a spot, and a shuttle was already waiting when I arrived. The ride to the terminal was quick and the drop-off location was very convenient. The driver was kind and helpful throughout. After getting off, my family and I realized we had forgotten our car seat in the car. I went back to the same shuttle, explained the situation, and without hesitation the driver prepared to head right back to the lot. The passengers were even understanding, quickly stepping off and offering to walk to their cars so I could get to mine faster. I grabbed the car seat and we immediately headed back to the terminal—no waiting for the shuttle to fill up. Truly amazing service, and I’m very pleased with how they went above and beyond to help fix a time-sensitive mistake. Highly recommend.

Billy was the best driver we've ever had! He was so welcoming and helped us with our bags at the airport. Once we got to the lot, he helped every family unload their bags and load them in their car if they requested. He was so friendly and we'll definitely be returning thanks to Billy!

We know we left home with 3/4 tank of gas and parked our car at Quick Park for three days. Came back from vacation to the gas light on. Talked to the front office about it, the worker was quick to say we probably left our car running while we were gone and it auto shut off. We doubted it but didn’t argue (and the gas tank wasn’t empty, it had 20 miles left). So we went to the nearest gas station, only to find the gas cap was removed but not secured. We’ll be parking somewhere else next trip.

Second time I've used Qwik Park in the past year...and once again had a stellar experience. I've found the service to be reliable, prompt and friendly. I've never had to wait for a bus/van either at the terminal or at the parking lot.

And I commend my last driver who had to deal with two entitled, very rude young women on the way back to the lot. He handled their ignorance and disrespect with far more patience than I would have. Job well done sir!

I was nervous after reading the reviews but booked anyways and i’m glad I did. I originally planned on using the parking for 5 days but ended up staying 10 days total and was very pleasantly surprised when I didn’t have to pay much at all. I arrived at the parking place and didn’t have to wait at all for a shuttle to come pick me up, it might’ve been luck that a shuttle bus was right behind me as I was pulling in. When it was time for them to pick me up from the airport, I did have to wait a little (10-15 minutes maybe) but overall a good experience. Both shuttle drivers were very friendly, I would go through them again if I needed them.

I was about to give up but she encouraged me to try downloading the app. I did and was able to finally get the discount. But it was her kindness that made my whole day! It was a fine happy experience. Very fast pickup at both the parking lot and airport locations. Both drivers were very friendly reminding us of the necessities making sure we have all of our baggage phone and keys. The airport pickup was particularly memorable with Cedric helping us with bags on and off and making sure that the vehicles started at the parking lot drop off. The experience was so different than what I remember in the past. I will surely use qwik park again.

Picked up my car on 8/18/25. Billy was the driver; he was excellent. I had placed a $5 bill in one pocket, intending to give it to Billy. I also had a $20 bill in the other pocket. I handed him the wrong bill; I wasn't paying attention. He could have easily left, with the $20. But he came back to me, asking if I would like some change. I very much appreciate his honesty. We are patrons as Qwik Park is typically a veteran friendly timely service. The last few trips have been less than stellar. We waited 30 minutes for a pick up at the lot when leaving. Then same thing on the return. Each way time buses have drivers lined up but no constant rhyme or reason to how they dispatch. I literally counted 3 buses for other companies rotating before one Qwik Park bus pulled up. Each time it was so many people we or others had to wait for the next bus. Passengers even start to get frustrated with each other because of the wait and pushing to get on bus. Another time, we had to pick up a flight crew for the hotel next door and wait for them to come out. No bus waits for the passengers in the lot but were forced to wait for crew. Understand contracts but geesh. Looking elsewhere. I’ll go further for better service. 3 stars for pricing and friendliness. If you can stand the wait and line go for it. Otherwise some lots nearby have a more frequent rotation.

Easily my best airport parking experience. I reserved my parking spot online. Once I got there, the attendant at the entrance directed me to my spot. Immediately after I parked, the shuttle bus was right behind me to pick me up. Upon my return, there were several Qwik Park shuttle busses available. Took a total of 5 minutes from getting picked up to picking up the car. The staff are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

We just had our car parked here during our vacation. Everyone was so helpful. Mary who had a great attitude and made jokes to make our tired kid laugh at 5:30 in the morning. Andre who was so friendly and dropped me off right at my car after getting me back to the lot safely. And Bonita who helped me at the gate when I had trouble navigating it. Convenient, affordable, with friendly helpful staff. There isn’t anything more I could ask for. We will be parking here again the next time we fly out of town. Thanks everyone.

This place is great! We have been using Qwik Park a few years now. I love how efficient they are. Upon arriving, the gate attendant will tell you which section to park your vehicle according to your airline. Shortly after parking about 5 minutes or less, a van (heated or AC'd depending on the season) will pick you up at your car to take you to the terminal. After our trips, we have never waited more than 10 minutes at the terminal to be taken back to our car. Fabulous service!!

Can’t tell if I got lucky, or this is the best airport parking company. I typically use a couple other airport parking lots that are 20% cheaper. I splurged since Quik Park has the highest rating. Upon arrival to the lot, there was a shuttle bus waiting in the parking lot, so I was able to park then hop in. Upon arrival to the airport, an empty shuttle was waiting for me right at the shuttles area. They ensured I got into my car safely. Very quick service, couldn’t ask for better!

Qwik Park has been doing this a long time and they do it very well. They have a large parking area for your car, and lots of vans to get you back and forth to the airport. Wait times are short , prices are reasonable and staff is courteous. Good place.

Qwik Park was the best airport parking experience I've ever had in any airport worldwide. On arrival I was asked what airline I was flying, and was told an area to park in. As I parked, I noticed a shuttle was already right there to take me to the airport. I was given a paper with my location on it. On return to the airport, the Qwik Park shuttle was pulling up right as I was walking to the curb and I jumped right on it. The bus quickly filled, and there was a family that was told they needed to catch the next bus...and the next bus was already pulling up right behind us. The bus driver took our paper with our car location and he drove everyone right to their car which was awesome. In total I believe I waited about 5 seconds at most for a shuttle combined in both directions and was picked up next to my car and dropped off next to my car...if that isn't a perfect 5 star review I don't know what is.

We’ve used Qwik Park multiple times before and have always had a great experience, especially with the Park, Sleep, and Fly option.

Today though, they went above and beyond.

We parked last week and arrived back home from Mexico today to find our van dead in the parking lot. Key fob wouldn’t work, van wouldn’t turn over when we tried to start it. The driver who shuttled us from the airport noticed and waited to make sure we could get it started. When we couldn’t, he went back to the office multiple times to grab booster packs and tried to get us started, unfortunately with no luck. After that, the General Manager brought his own truck over to try and jump us, and we were able to get it started briefly. Unfortunately, the battery was no good and we needed a replacement. They allowed my family (wife and young kids) to remain on the shuttle while we tried to get it fixed, as it was freezing out. When it was apparent that we needed a new battery, they took us back to their office and allowed us to sit inside in the warmth while we searched for a solution. We were fortunate to have a family member be able to pick up a new battery and come change it out for us, but while we waited, they had a bus bring us down the road to McDonald’s so my kids could get something to eat.

This was no fault of theirs, yet they dedicated time and resources to assisting us. We will forever continue to use Qwik Park when we fly out of DTW. Not only is it a great service with great value, today they proved that they are great people as well. I wish I would have gotten the driver and GM’s name to thank them personally, but thank you for all of your help and kindness.
