I was first referred to Nicole and The Natural Health Center by my chiropractor who was helping me through Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. I can't tell you how glad I am that I took her advice! I have never had acupuncture prior to this, but I have gone with my husband who has had acupuncture by many practitioners over the years, and this place is extra special for me. From the minute you walk in the door, it feels warm and receptive and peaceful, and everyone in the office is an absolute pleasure to be around, emanating a warm and caring energy. Nicole and Kelli are fantastic at what they do, are gentle and professional, take the time to explain things to you in easy-to-understand ways, and since I've started going, I've experienced 90-95% reduction in my symptoms (pain and tingling in hands and neck stiffness). And of course Polly the dog has played a part in the healing, too. She is absolutely precious, and I feel honored when she comes to me for pets or chooses to stay in the room with me for a few minutes - it's like she knows I need that. I look forward to every session at The Natural Health Center like it's a spa-day. I've learned to block off my calendar after treatment to soak in the full benefits of the treatment, too. I look forward to my next session and I highly recommend this place to anyone, and especially for those who are hesitant to try acupuncture and TCM!

HIGHLY recommend! Nicole and Kelly's knowledge, experience, and expertise is top-notch! They have helped me with identifying and eliminating allergies, with pain management, with my posture, and with fatigue and nutrition. I've been a patient here for over 10 years, and have seen acupuncturists for more than 20 years. Natural Health Center is truly exceptional! I now live in Dallas, and travel 200 miles for my appointments - because they are so effective and they provide such a great patient experience. They are the best!

I always look forward to my treatments at NHCA! I started coming here a couple years back to help with frozen shoulder, and have continued as it also helped my other chronic health issues. Everyone is warm yet professional, and I've learned a lot about healthy posture too, that's helping me in the long run. I highly recommend!

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Natural Health Center Austin. I originally visited because I felt unexplained fatigue and low energy. My PCP and other doctors ran blood tests but essentially told me it happens and to wait and observe. Nicole took my symptoms seriously. She didn’t over promise but truly worked to figure out where my body was imbalanced. The treatments greatly improved my initial set of symptoms and other ones that popped up over the next few months.

I highly recommend seeing them and other friends I’ve recommended have had a great experience as well.

I learned acupuncture could assist with stress/anxiety and decided I wanted to pursue this, even though I had my skepticism. I had lived with major stress/anxiety for 2-3 years, and I didn't realize how bad it was until I regularly did acupuncture; my life is now back to being so enjoyable and I am grateful for investing in myself and the work the staff here do. I have had 14 sessions through the span of about 5-6 months. After my first session, it felt like my brain had a "chemical" drained and it was odd. After 4-5 sessions, my lowered stress levels was noticeable. After 8-9 sessions, my quality of life mentally drastically changed for the better. The small "stressors" no longer trigger me, I feel in control of my mentality. Nicole and Kelly are amazing, truly care about their patients, and I thank them for helping me take back control of my mental health.
