Sancie and Jim are amazing instructors! They’re extremely supportive and they deeply care about their students and their success. I would say the corporate side of this program is a little off. We went through four different advisors. The zollege information and courses need a bit more organization some of the practice quizzes are misspelled or worded incorrectly and confusing. Also with communication it’s very difficult. We weren’t allowed to communicate with our instructors which I feel is odd. Not even through email so we didn’t understand why that wasn’t allowed it doesn’t make very much sense we should be able to communicate with our instructors regarding questions that need clarification. But other than that, in-person classes with Sancie and Jim were wonderful they are extremely genuine people and always help in any way they can. The skills and hands on practice they demonstrated were extremely helpful. They are the true light to this program :)

I appreciate my medical assistant instructors, Jim and Sancie for their dedication and support throughout the program. They explain the material clearly and make sure we’re prepared both academically and clinically. The hands-on training has helped me build real confidence in my skills, and I feel ready to step into the healthcare field because of their guidance. I cannot say enough amazing things about my medical assistant instructors, Sancie & Jim!

From day one, they created an environment that was welcoming, encouraging, and truly motivating. They don’t just teach the material — they make sure you understand it and feel confident applying it in real-life clinical settings.

Sancie is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. She takes the time to break down complex concepts in a way that actually makes sense, and she genuinely cares about each student’s success. You can tell she has a passion for healthcare and for teaching.

Jim brings such great energy and real-world experience into the classroom. He challenges you to think critically while still making learning enjoyable. His hands-on teaching style really helped build my confidence in clinical skills.

Jim and Sanice are amazing instructors. They make sure you are comfortable with all of the material. Every class is interactive with both hands on and material review. Their goal is to get you ready for passing the CCMA and landing a job as a MA. Highly recommend going through the program if you would like to peruse a career in the medical field!
