Absolutely a great place to go! Everyone who works there makes you feel very welcome when you come! Draft beer selection is always outstanding! Really nice local customers that come there make it an even more enjoyable time! Placed 2 separate different orders using uber eats. Both orders charged my account. Called this place twice for both orders they acted like they didn’t know anything. Then a manager told me it showed the order was canceled. I finally received an email from uber eats apologizing from their end saying Beers & Cheers cancelled BOTH orders THEMSELVES. How they should have told me this. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for me to be able to get my $87 dollars back all thanks this beyond unprofessional place. Do NOT order from them using a third party company. Get it yourself in person.

I ordered thru uber eats 18 pack of beer, only received 12 pack and was charged for the18. Sent uber eats a picture and everything. Paul from here had the nerve to call my cell phone to tell me I was banned. Lied and said they don't even carry 12 packs, which is on the site that they do. Not to mention they had the picture of my order. He was very rude about it.

I haven't been here in awhile maybe a couple years. I came to the reviews to see if the food quality was the same. And all I see is negative reviews about some bald guy being very rude and borderline racist. That alone was enough to make me go elsewhere. I'm writing this review hoping that the owner sees it and makes some changes. Because it goes a long way as you can see

Visiting the town and heard amazing things about this place so went to check it out! The manager Dan was super sweet and helpful, He answered all my questions about the beers and the food. 10/10 top place! Would visit again!! Ask for the amazing manager Dan if y'all need any help!

My family was visiting on Thanksgiving from out of state, and we stopped by to get some drinks. Usually, I had pleasant experiences at this location. But, on this day, it was the opposite. My stepfather was buying drinks for my mom and where they’re from, they’re allowed to mix flavors so he did the same thing there. There was a bald guy with glasses at checkout who yelled at him and made a scene telling him that he was ruining his business instead of just letting him know that he couldn’t do that. This was a very unpleasant experience and put a stain over an otherwise pleasant holiday with my family. I won’t be returning.

Friendly and polite staff.
I ordered a steak and cheese with (double meat, bacon, provolone cheese and fried onions) with Cajun fries and they were really good. I have to say is the best in Germantown and I have tried all pizzerias and local shops in the area but this so far is the winner for Steak and cheese.
