Decent location for flex with a few negatives. I'm still wondering why the cart guys bring the carts up the ramp that flexers are using. Most of the time their is a speaker blaring loud vulgar music. There is always a mom leaving a toddler or infant in a car alone. Recently for the past 2 months I've only gotten a route when I checked in once. I've been waiting 20 to 40 minutes. Kinda weird amazon wants you to check in 15 minutes earlier and you can't be 5 minutes late.

The young black male with glasses and shoulder length dreadlocks caused me to be late for my delivery. Every time I arrive at the facility for my block, I usually have to check in with an employee and have them assist me by checking me in on their computer. The scanner hardly works at both entrances. There have been several employees who tried scanning my ID at the scanner and it still does bot work. I went to the employee and he asked me to wait one moment. I watched him walk around for approximately 8 minutes. I finally went to him and he looked at me as if we never had the conversation about my ID. He forgot about me standing near the return station and told me to call customer service. This place needs better organization, the parking lot is full of carts, the radio they play is extremely loud and garbage.

I ordered a Samsung Watch 7 that came from this location. It was lazily wrapped in a plastic envelope that was stuffed in my fence not 3 feet away from the mailbox itself. The envelope was not completely sealed and had more than enough space for me to reach my hand in and remove the item without having to tear or cut it open. To my disappointment, the box was torn open on the side and the watch was missing... Customer support was kind enough to send a replacement in a properly sealed paper envelope that was left inside my mailbox this time. Unfortunately, it was the same story with the watch... manufacturer packaging was torn open from the side and the watch was missing.

I can't blame the driver because the second package was delivered intact so it must be who's packaging them. It seems there are thieves working here in place of quality control. I was again offered to have a replacement sent but I can't trust I won't just receive another empty box, so I opted for a refund to my card as opposed to my account. I would love to talk to someone at this location but there is no phone number.

11/24/24 approximately 6pm the manager on duty (black female, 30’s, brown skinned complexion purple shoulder length twists) had a very nasty and abrasive attitude. This was my first time as a flex driver and she was very dismissive as far as the check in process. She was extremely rude saying things like “who told you to come over here to me” “what do you want me to do about it” etc. the delays with the check in process caused me to be late for my block. Her subordinates were a lot more polite and helpful than she was. Due to this I will be going to different hubs. Amazon do better with who you hire and refrain from hiring miserable nasty employees

Today was my first day going here ,very clean, I was in and our in just a few minutes, plenty of parking ,my first block was 4 hours, got done 25 minutes early, I like this station, it's worth a try, thanks team .
