Dr. Carol Laic is a very good listener who makes sure she always answers all your questions, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. She is very pleasant, always on time, and not feel rushed during your appointment. I always leave her office feeling good about my appointment and confident in the action plan that I can take home and fully understand what I need to do.

Ive visited Abdalla since September 2025 and I find he's easy to work with. His treatments have variety and he applies multiple techniques to ease my areas of pain. Before I 'found' Abdalla, I 'fired' 3 other physiotherapists, all nice practitioners but I have been a professional dancer for 60 years, I know my body well and it wasn't till I met with Abdalla that I noticed improvement right away.
I want to also acknowledge Nada who takes care of my bookings and payments. She is over the top supportive and helpful. My 70+ year old girlfriend was checking out various physiotherapists for herself and Nada even referred a couple OHIP coverage clinics ( these clinics are so fully booked, its a long wait time when you are in pain). Nada won her over when she suggested my friend drive up to the clinic's back door and she'll let her in as it can access treatment rooms easier. This is SERVICE!

Abdalla is a trustworthy practitioner who creates a very safe space when he is Practising his profession. He never judges and never criticizes - Rather, he encourages me to take good care of my health. He has demonstrated various exercises (a maintenance program) along with video aids to help me understand how to help myself with my back issues etc. I trust him completely because not only is he kind and empathetic he knows his craft and has really helped me manage the pain and get well. Highly recommend Abdalla.

First visit with Abdalla for physio and it was great! He checked in frequently to gauge my comfort levels and was open to feedback on pressure applied, etc. To me, this indicates that despite his expertise, he views his clients as partners in their wellness journey, as opposed to bulldozing over them. He took the time to explain things and answer my questions without judgment. AND I happen to feel much better and lighter. Definitely will be returning!

Bionic is amazing!

After googling the best place around me I stumbled upon them last week & have visited twice. The women at the front desk is sweet & always accommodating with my busy schedule.

Renata is a personable & great at what she does. I was nervous about seeing a chiropractor but in her hands I felt comfortable & more at ease. I can definitely feel a big difference in my body! Highly recommend this place.

I’ve tried 4 physiotherapists here in Oakville before I found this place. Abdalla is the best! He helped me with my pain. I was scared of shock therapy but it was just perfect and not intense as I’ve experienced before at the other place. He keeps checking if everything is going well. Other places where I’ve been to - don’t. I never felt rush in my appointments. Nada helped me with all my appointments and rescheduling whenever needed. They are very accommodating.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I had a shoulder injury which started in Aug of 2023 and progressively got worse, the mobility in my should was declining and i was getting very discouraged. I saw a number of different physiotherapist's and massage therapists, ostepopaths to try and help and I was not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Until I met Dr. Renata, she saved me. She assessed my mobility thoroughly and knew EXACTLY what I needed. She completed a series of Active Release sessions and after the first one I felt relief, finally I saw the light. After 3 months of sessions with Dr. R. My shoulder was 100% something I was sure I was never going to feel again. Thank You Bionic SportMed in particular Dr. R, you saved my shoulder and my sanity. 😊

I highly recommend Dr. Renata, She treated 2 of my sever injuries my elbow and my lower back. I thought I will never be able to get rid of my elbow pain or my lower back injuries. I have been visiting Bionic SportMed in Oakville for about 6 months now.

Dr. Renata is very knowledgeable and has helped me considerably with my chronic degenerative lower back issues.

I also entrust Dr. Renata with my son who is a high performance jr athlete as she is also very experienced in this field.

Les, their massage therapist, is amazing and has decades of experience.

My interactions with this clinic and the team has been nothing but positive. They are friendly, approachable, and most importantly effective.
