Rick’s Good Eats is a gem in Scarborough!
The butter chicken rice bowl was rich and creamy with perfectly tender chicken, and the TBolt naan sandwich was flavourful and unlike anything else in the area. The chaat fries are an absolute must — tangy, spiced, and seriously addictive. Topped it all off with a mango lassi that was thick, sweet, and the perfect cooldown for all the delicious heat.

Shoutout to Komal who served us — friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Great food, great staff, great prices. We’ll definitely be back!

The food at Rick’s Good Eats is DELICIOUS!!!!
They have such an amazing selection.

I’ve loved their dosa burger, desert samosas and desi and creamy mac and cheese with crispy soya. They also have a great selection of desi drinks like mango lassi, cold chai, mango drinks apart from the usual pop varieties.

When I visited recently the two staff members there Komal and Manjinder were very friendly and they recommended me several options to try.

The service is warm, friendly and efficient! Will definitely be stopping by open. Highly recommend.

Dropped in for a quick take-away lunch (after spending yet another morning at CanLan Ice Sports Arena). The Punjabi Cheeseburger (Rick Style, btw) and Jerk Chicken samosa were fantastic. To top it off, Jask was awesome and hospitable. Love this concept which reflects the evolving Toronto foodie scene to a tee-dot! Definitely coming back (when the kiddo is back at the rink!).

Comfort food, as advertised. Ordered the butter chicken Mac n cheese with the RFC and the famous birria tacos. The tacos were the best of the lot, bursting with fusion flavours. While the burger was just as good, the Mac n cheese felt a bit mild and could've used more spices in the seasoning. However, the service and vibe were 10/10. Would definitely recommend for a casual dine-in experience.

This is my third time eating at Rick’s Good Eats and it never disappoints and continues to deliciously surprise. Mom and I tried the Deep Fried Lasagna with butter chicken dipping sauce, Chaat Fries, Butter Chicken Birria Tacos, and Tandoori Melt burger. Each item was carefully crafted, bursting with hearty, bold flavours, and lip smacking delicious! Service was also on point with a smile and efficient. I’ll be returning again to try the new burgers I have yet to sink my teeth into. Highly recommend. Thank you Rick and team for a location closer to home as well.

The loaded fries and the birria-style tacos were our favourite! The flavours are bold and tasty and they do not skimp on the meat portions. We also really loved the tandoori tacos, it was cooked perfectly and was crispy and juicy! The rice bowls were just okay (tried the butter chicken flavour), they were very one flavour, tasty but it felt like it needed another texture/flavour in the bowl, maybe a side simple salad/veggies to break it up

I recently visited Rick’s Good Eats and really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was clean, and comfortable. The staff were polite, attentive. I ordered Fried Chicken Burger, which was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The seasoning gave it great flavor, and the portion size was just right. Shahi Paneer Naanwich was a unique and delicious option. The naan was soft and fresh, and the paneer filling was creamy, rich, and full of flavor. It felt authentic yet creative, definitely something I’d recommend to others. The only downside is that the pricing is a bit on the higher side, but the quality and taste make it worth it.

Overall, I had a great experience and I’d be happy to return to try more items.

We ordered tandoori chicken loaded fries and a drink. The fries were really good and filling for one person. The atmosphere was nice. I visited on a weekday night, and it wasn’t very busy at that time.

Rick’s Good Eats absolutely delivered! The tandoori chicken tacos were packed with flavor—juicy, perfectly spiced, and balanced with fresh toppings. Tried the butter chicken mac & cheese. It had good flavor, plenty of chicken, and a good balance with the Macaron. Not my favorite, but still tasty and filling. The dining area is spacious, clean, with lots of seating and parking. Great daily specials. I’ll definitely be back

So glad Rick came East!
Just as good as I remember from all the times I had it on the west end.
This time I got the butter Mac and cheese and my wife got the Rick’s Fried Chicken sandwich. Bother were awesome and big servings.
Wasn’t busy at all - not much staff though so it took a few minutes to get the food. So much better than regular fast food and worth the wait.

My boyfriend and I came here after hearing really good things from a friend. The food is very very good. We got the tandoori bites, butter chicken birria tacos and jerk chicken samosas. The staff is also super friendly and the service is pretty quick. The restaurant itself is also super clean. Definitely recommend stopping by!

I visited this place today and had a great experience. I tried the dosa burger, and it had a really unique and delicious taste—definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had. The fries were also fresh and crispy, which was a nice bonus. Even though I arrived a little late, the customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. Overall, a fantastic visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Visited Rick’s Good Eats for the first time as we were driving by, and the service was excellent! The guy at the counter recommended a bunch of items for us to try and was super friendly throughout the process. We tried the Loaded butter chicken fries and the butter chicken taco, and tandoori chicken taco. Everything was so flavourful and saucy- just the way I like it. Would definitely go back!

We tried the Tandoori Fried Chicken Mac and Cheese and the Punjabi Burger. The Mac and Cheese tasted more sweet than cheesy but the Chicken on top did taste great despite there being only a few pieces. The price of this meal was also quite pricey considering that it’s a takeout meal and portion size. I’d love to try other menu items for better luck.

Truly a creative and tasteful experience of Punjabi Canadian fusion cuisine. Loved the paneer naanwich, which is surprisingly very filling. As well, I recommend their fried chicken sandwich (far too good to buy just one, get 2)

Been waiting for this day to come. Eyeing them since they’ve been in missisauga and so glad it’s finally in scarborough.

Their OG fried chicken sandwich is juicy and doused in that delicious spicy sauce. Packs just enough heat and doesn’t make you regret it

One thing you definitely have to try is their iced chai. Best way to calm the heat down as well

And you cannot forget about the samosas that are in weekly rotations. Love that this new location has the upcoming samosa flavours for the next couple weeks so you know what it’s gonna be

Service: on point. Super friendly bunch that ensures you get grade a quality food that is fresh and hot

There is ample amounts of parking and don’t even have to fight anyone for a spot. Will be coming back for more delicious bites.
