EDIT November 2025 - We signed with Goat Crazy partially because of the 20 year labor warranty. We've had to invoke it 3 times. First 2 (skylight and then a shingle) were done incredibly fast. This last time we've been completely ghosted for MONTHS for a strip of shingles slowly peeling off. I get things happen, but emails, calls, and texts going unanswered is unprofessional. If we get it fixed, I'll change my review back.

Shawn and his team worked FAST and were so incredibly diligent about cleaning up the property down to the last roofing nail. He explains every pro and con to roofing material choices and sent pictures of the roof progress every step of the way. We had an issue with our skylight right after the roof was done (it's stubborn) and he sent his crew chief out within HOURS to work on it. We haven't had a problem since. We had a full tear off and our neighbors were amazing at the speed of the job.

This company did our roof and gutters/leaf guards last year. He was responsive getting a quote to us and the work was done on the roof as promised, quickly and efficiently. The gutters took a bit longer to get done, as apparently this part of the job was subcontracted out. I was up on the roof early this summer and noticed that leaf guards were only installed on the front of the house, not on the side and not not the back.

Since that discovery I have called and left several messages about having an issue and my wife has as well - and no response. Its disappointing, because we paid our bill without complaint and now that there is a problem - no one is getting back to us. We would appreciate being contacted about this.

BRAVO Goat Crazy Roofing! Shawn explained the procedure and kept me posted daily with text photos of his team's progress. His quote for metal was the same as my other quote for asphalt shingles. Cleanup was spotless and the quote was met with no added charges. The crew was hard working and very polite. I 100% recommend Goat Crazy for your exterior needs.

Shawn and his team is knowledgeable, professional and show up when they say they will. He sent a team of people over to my house in less than an hour when we had a roof issue. Some of neighbors had similar issues and waited days.

Goat Crazy Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. Shawn Jennings and his team were professional, efficient, and great to work with from start to finish. They communicated clearly throughout the process, used top-quality materials, and finished the job on time. Plus, they left everything clean when they were done. Highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work!

I just wanted to share my experience with Goatcrazyroofing. They recently installed a new roof for me, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The pricing was very reasonable, and the team was incredibly efficient.

Not only did they complete the job on time, but they also ensured that everything was cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Goatcrazyroofing for any roofing needs you may have.

Thank you Shawn for your cooperation and dedication. I appreciate your professionalism and consideration! Wishing you and your team many years of success!

Shawn and his team installed our new roof in one day. They removed an old antenna and did well in cleaning up after such a large job. Absolutely no complaints with the quality of work completed. Our home is over 100 years old and in need of TLC, and Shawn and his team did a great job bringing some life back to it

I'm a local Real Estate Agent and have been working with Shawn to help my buyers/sellers with inspecting/repairing (and on a few occasions, replacing their roof). Time is critically important when selling a house and he is always quick with meeting with my clients, starting the work and hitting the deadlines to finish. Highly recommend him and his team. He has been a great resource. Thanks Shawn!!!

I have never posted a negative review before but I feel like I need to for this company. They put a metal roof on my house and I will say from what I can tell they did a good job and the price was excellent. He promised me a 30 year labor warranty and a 75 year manufacturer warranty which were honestly huge reasons why I went with the roof I went with. He also promised me that he would deal with any permits that needed to be filed with the city. Needless to say when the job was done he gave me a document that only have a 20 year warranty written on it but said he would mail out something showing the other warranties. The city also notified me that there was not a permit on file and that I needed one. I notified Shawn and he said he would get the permit taken care of. I have still not gotten anything in the mail and when I messaged about the permit he has ghosted me. That was a month ago. At this point if he won't take care of small things like this, I wonder what the labor warranty is worth. I would not recommend using in the future.

Goat Crazy Roofing did an incredible job replacing our roof and siding—it feels like we have a brand-new house! Shawn was fantastic with communication. The team were hard workers, completing the project in just a week, and left everything spotless. Highly recommend them!!
