I had the best experience with Dr. Ben Sabbah and his team! He did my veneers and honestly exceeded all my expectations. I was super particular (and probably a little crazy 😅), but he was so patient, detail-oriented, and really listened to exactly what I wanted. He truly made my dream smile come to life!

I showed up for my appointment and was met by a Denturologist. The first question I was asked was "do you have insurance?" Which was peculiar given that I had already filled up their form prior to my appointment. I noticed however that, throughput the consult, the Denturologist kept mumbling "they won't pay for this" or "they'll pay for that".

After the consult, I asked for the verbal quote to be sent as a quote request to my insurance so I know what my out of pocket would be and before making a first appointment.

I told the denturologist that I had visited other ones who did not bother sending a quote request to my insurance. I asked if anything else was needed from me and I was assured that he had all of it and that the quote request would be sent.

Almost a week later, still no quote request to my insurance. Given this lack of empathy, I'll go spend my 7K somewhere else. The cardinal rule of customer service is you don't judge a book by its cover. Grey hair and casual clothing doesn't mean the absence of assets. Maybe I should've brought my investment portfolio, shame on me.

I contacted Centre Dentaire West Minister on Tuesday January 14, 2026 for an emergency to correct a dental job that had been poorly done elsewhere. I was given a consultation the next day and an appointment for the correction the day after. I was very satisfied with the result.

This was my first visit to the clinic, and the staff were welcoming and professional. Dr. Elie Sabbah made me feel at ease and explained everything clearly. His assistant was also very professional and attentive.

I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments. Overall, a very positive experience.

Really great experience with hygienist. My teeth feel clean & polished. Thank you. The dentist experience wasn’t so great. The pictures of female dentists don’t seem to be on their website so I wasn’t sure who my dentist was. Thanx to, who I think is office manager, visit was not a disaster. After the dentist said that old filling needs to be replaced but never told me why or which filling, it turned out old filling was actually a new filling I got in 2024, from a previous dentist in another clinic, who required waivers to be signed before they did any work, so wasn’t eligible for coverage for filling for another year, & I felt the dentist just said filling was old cause she thought I was old. The experience at the receptionist desk was confusing & stressful. The woman at reception desk sitting on my left side kept asking when I got the last filling, was it this year. I kept saying no, my last dental appointment was in October 2024 at another clinic. She kept asking if I was sure. She kept saying she couldn’t find me in the system & I was going to have to pay & I thought I was going to be charged for this recall appointment even though it was supposed to be covered, & if I didn’t pay I thought I could get arrested. I think it was the office manager who explained what tooth needed a new filling still didn’t tell me why, if the filling was broken etc or just because the dentist thought filling was old. I had to practically beg her to look at my receipts from previous dentist then she said maybe the filling needs to be porcelain & we need to find out why it needs to be replaced again. No kidding. My filling seems to be working okay for the time being. I felt very alone there, while the three women at the receptionist desk spoke very fast French to each other, it was hard to know the actual roles of the staff. Thankfully who I thought was the office manager did let my recall appointment be covered by my insurance. I said it was lucky she was there & she said the others do the same thing. I didn’t want to push my luck & ask for a record for transaction a second time. I waited all week for a follow up call. Still waiting. I felt super alone at this office. Confused? So was I.

Dr. Sabbah and his assistant work like a charm, better teamwork than most F1 pit crews. Quick, efficient, and absolutely meticulous. Fatima and Maria? They're the real MVPs. Kind, skilled, and always one step ahead. Honestly, they deserve a raise or at least some kind of "Best Dental Receptionist Team" award.

If you’re looking for a dentist who actually makes the experience enjoyable, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I was somewhat nervous about my upcoming extraction. However, the Dr. was very understanding, explained the procedure & promised the extraction would be painless. It was. This evening there is no pain. I ate dinner, drank lemonade & had a sweet dessert without any pain at all.
Thank you all, including the two lovely receptionists & the Cat in the Hat.
