This is honestly one of the most disgusting places I ever been to and never will go again. I went in there and everybody was looking at me like they were disgusted how I looked like, I wasn't up the part next to them. I went in there to grab some quarters. I asked for $40 and some Bank teller walked by and said oh she can't do that she doesn't have an account here so we can only do 20. In a rude condescending way. which in many times I had gone in there to ask for quarters and never had that experience before. Honestly it depends upon who's working there because before I had good experience but this time and the time before that crappy. It's like are you racist to black people? Do you only cater the people who look rich and wear expensive clothes? Which FYI people that have money don't always need to look like they do like me. I didn't look crappy but I look decent but I guess not up to their standards other people had bad experiences with this Bank location to rude condensing people thinking that they're better than everybody and you have to be white and Rich looking to go there okay. I'll take my business somewhere else with an actual bank that respects your customers no matter what. If I could I would give it zero Stars nobody please come here go to the other locations or different bank instead so glad not to choose them which I was going to in the first place when I was going to get quarters but after that no thank you I'll do my business banking some place else! Thanks but no thanks!

The Oakdale branch has horrible customer service. We came in as a new customer to open a cd and the banker was rude and difficult. Don't bank here. There are lots of other community banks in Oakdale who welcome new customers.
