So grateful for Jake and for Easton for getting me into my new car at an awesome rate and made the “not so fun” car buying process, enjoyable! Both had exceptional customer service and made this process so easy. Feeling grateful even a week and a half later. Thank you to Jake for helping me find my beautiful new car!

I had a fantastic buying experience with Audi Eugene from start to finish. A huge thank you to Heath Loney and Gabe Vidal for making the entire process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. They helped us get exactly the vehicle we wanted, and the deal was quick and to the point with no unnecessary back-and-forth.

We live about two hours away from the dealership, but they made the entire purchase incredibly convenient. They delivered the vehicle directly to us, handled all the paperwork online, and I didn’t have to spend a single minute at the dealership.

If you’re looking for an honest, efficient, and customer-focused Audi dealer, I highly recommend Audi Eugene. Thank you again, Heath and Gabe, for the outstanding service!

Super quick and friendly service. They were able to get both recall updates done same day and provided a helpful video about the progress and our tires/brakes. Also, they had a loaner vehicle ready to go and made the process so easy!

We just had a second Audi lease/purchase experience with the Eugene Audi dealership in a just over a year! I must say I was nervous about getting into a brand new Q3 with the full on digital dashboard which would push me out of my comfort zone. The folks at Audi, James, Jacob and Health, made the transition as easy as possible. They also found my car in the color I wanted, picking up the teal beauty from a couple hundred miles away and getting it to us! I’m talking head spins when you see this blue hue amongst all the white and grey cars everywhere. Very very nice!
Everyday, I’m feeling more and more comfortable and safe in my new car. Our experience with Audi Eugene was (again) really great.
Thank you,

Tiffany Eckert
