Christian, Caleb, and Josh were absolutely amazing today!! Their customer service was phenomenal and extremely refreshing! They all worked so well together and created a good lil experience for us! Overall, they were beyond helpful, especially because it was our first time going to jersey mikes. The sandwiches were delicious and service was great, 10/10 recommend!!

Subs from the swamp now in Toronto. The OG Italian is still the go to done Mike's Way - everything on it with Mike's juice drizzled at the end. Yes it makes the whole sub soggy but it ain't complete without it. The Italian is unique in that the cold cuts are sliced thin right before your eyes. You can taste the layers in each bite and it all just goes together nicely. Friendly and pleasant service at this location.

Usually always have a good experience at Jersey Mike’s a few weeks ago during a busy rush I guess they had burnt a portion of my Philly cheesesteak and had called in to complain. They told me that they were very sorry, good customer service, and that I can come in and have it replaced at my convenience went in yesterday and spoke to Atri I believe the store manager had the same exact order and she made it personally and absolutely perfect. It was a very good experience. I don’t want anybody to think that I am taking away anything from Jersey Mike’s nobody gets it perfect 100% of the time but Atri truly made up for it and it was one of the best subs I’ve ever had. Thank you.

I really love this location. The subs are so delicious I’m addicted. The staff is so friendly, no matter how busy they are. You’re greeted with a smile at every visit and they make sure you have everything you need before you leave. I can’t say enough about how good their subs are!!!

Jersey Mike’s Subs offers fresh, flavorful sandwiches with generous portions and great customization options. The bread is soft, ingredients taste high-quality, and the staff is usually friendly and quick. The seating area looks clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to eat in as well as grab takeout. Prices are reasonable for the portion size, and the overall experience is satisfying. Definitely a good choice if you’re craving a hearty sub!

I’m so disappointed in this visit.
I’m a big fan of this place, especially because of the vinegar they put onto their subs.

I asked for the “hot veggie” sandwich for the first time. I am vegetarian and the slicer was first of all COVERED in meat. This was the first time I was not asked if I wanted the slicer cleaned. That’s a first let down, but I let that go.

The gentleman who took my order was very kind and asked if I wanted anything else specific on my sub. I mentioned I needed the vinegar. And lots of it.

The woman who assembled the sandwich, claims she put the vinegar on, but I did not see her apply it.

I asked her if she put it on, and she insisted she did.

I came home, to a dry and vinegar-less sandwich. I am super disappointed, because I feel as though she was in a rush, and perhaps because they were closing in 45 minutes, the request of the vinegar was too much to ask for? This is a shame.

Does this sandwich look to have any vinegar on it? There is NONE. And this makes me very frustrated.

I am very hesitant to ever come back.

I had a fantastic experience — the food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish was prepared with care and exceeded my expectations. Definitely fresh! Bread is soft, meats and cheese sliced as you order. Veggies for the subs are fresh as well. Perfectly cut shredded lettuce, just the right size thinly sliced tomatoes and onions, are among a nice selection of veggies to choose from to top subs. We had the Italian and Chicken salad subs. The Italian was classic and adding “Mikey’s way” is a for sure for the classic subs, next time I would even ask for extra “sauce.” The chicken salad was average, very basic chicken salad, would add more toppings if ordering again as it would help to add more flavour. The customer service was top notch, very friendly service indeed. Free plaza parking; wheelchair accessible, vegetarian options and child friendly menu. A little on the pricey side for subs, but the quality is worth the extra. Will be back again. I signed up for the app; looking forward to my free sub on my birthday!

The subs were absolutely delicious! The ingredients were super fresh, and the bread was perfectly soft. The deli meat is sliced fresh to order and piled on generously. We tried the Original Italian, the Club, and the Philly Cheese — all dressed “Mike’s Way” with salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. The hot sauce added a nice kick without being too spicy. The Club was our top pick!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The space was clean and has about 20 seats. One of the team members even came by our table to check if we needed anything — a nice touch!

Consensus: cold subs definitely better than hot at Jersey Mike’s.

Staff is friendly and plentiful.

Seating is a bit close to the waiting line. Smarter flow could have possibly been arranged during initial configuration.

Ultimately glad to have a new place in the neighbourhood to drop into every so often.

The sub is better overall than subway - the ingredients taste fresh and real. I had Jerseys Mike in US before and remembered the US store tasted better. Service was great, very friendly staff, but they forgot to cut one of our sub in half so a star deducted. There are not many seats, and the seats are alright.

Jersey Mike’s Subs are gigantic and absolutely delicious! We usually go for their cold subs, which are always fresh and leave us craving more. Their signature “Mike’s Way” toppings are the perfect combination and really elevate the flavor with the added acidity. We’ve been here a few times for takeout, and every visit has been a treat—we’re already looking forward to the next one!

The staff is super friendly and always happy to recommend options if you’re unsure what to get. While the prices are on the higher side for a sub, the quality, freshness, and taste make it worth every penny. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for a refreshing and satisfying sub!

I wanted to share my experience on Jersey Mike’s the York Mills location. We went there last month after like 2 weeks of their opening. We wanted to see the hype and ate there for dinner. We spent $100.00+ for 4 sandwiches two of which was the Giant size. I was so impressed by the portions of the meat in the giant size. So I do understand the portion is not the same for all 3 sizes (Mini, Regular, Giant) but you get more meat as you size up.

The next time we went back was Dec 9 my daughters 13th birthday as she loved the food we ate their for dinner. To my surprise I ordered another Giant size and was so disappointed in the portion of the meat. I ordered a new sandwich from the last time which had 3 different types of meat vs 4. Regardless of the 3 vs 4 there was a significant difference between the two although both were giant size.

This was so disappointing as the Giant sizes were not cheap at around $20.00. The first time we ate it was a male manager who served us and the last was a female employee. Not sure if the female employee knew what she doing as you can see
Even when the slices were cut.

This reminds me me of the Subway franchise when they first came to Canada and was so generous in both the meat portions and the choice of topping as much as you say.

Not sure now If we would go back as this was my issue as time goes by these franchises forget their own standards.

First time in, welcome to Canada! I ordered the Club supreme, it comes with Bacon, Turkey, Ham, and provolone cheese. The portion is generous, I ordered the regular which equates to 6 inches sub Canadian size. Fresh sliced meats, bread is French style baguette, but not crusty, choice of veggies, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and hot peppers. Overall, you can taste the freshness, but seasoning such as different types of sub sauces are limited to olive oil vinaigrette. I have a feeling that this brand is defaulted to Italian, simple and straightforward taste. I prefer zesty sauce to dress my sandwich, so I found this a little bland for my taste buds. Beautiful location with 10 staff, great service but costs might not be sustainable. Fresh open concept lit with natural light. Plenty of parking in a ritzy foods mall. Little pricey for students for sure, limited drink choices, only sugar pops drinks. Hopefully you will bring beer, wines, and BOBA teas. Wonderful friendly staff, well trained. No WIFI is a bummer, google comfortable high chairs and tables. You are missing the secret sauces that appeals to my taste memory. Kudos to you as an entrepreneur.

I came here with high expectations, since I’ve heard good reviews from people around me. 1st thing that threw me for a curve ball was their pricing. Compared to their rival subway, these sandwich or closer to the 20 mark for a regular sandwich. In my opinion that’s a bit pricey. The sandwich itself in my opinion was a 6/10. Nothing to write home about. I hated that my bread wasn’t toasted, as this allowed for all the juice and sauces to seep into it and make it soggy. The bread was definitely denser compared to subways, and less variety of bread. The toppings were somewhat limited and as someone who’s not a deli meat connoisseur. I was a bit confused as to what certain meats were. The juice on top (forgot what it’s called) was okay. In my opinion it added nothing in terms of taste to the sandwich. Overall the restaurant itself was clean and the workers were polite however I wouldn’t recommend. If you want a really nice sandwich I’d recommend you buy the ingredients and make it at home or for a quick cheap bite maybe try subway

I'll start off by saying this place hit me weird, in a good way. When I think SUB, I think "low rent big sandwich". Now that isn't necessarily a bad thing and sort of what I was expecting. Not the case. Right after I ordered, they started slicing fresh turkey and immediately stacking that on a bun. "Wait, is that for me?" I asked. "Yeah" This guy didn't know me from High school or anything. "That's how we do it here" he explained. Are you freeking kidding me? Staff were very helpful and friendly too. I ordered the Supreme and it was huge. Brought it home with what my kids ordered and we were all surprised it tasted so good. The meat was fresh, moist, and delicious. The bread was soft and definitely made that day. I appreciate them cutting it up into 4 manageable sections. Everything was a sub you'd expect only turned up to eleven. They recommended I try this sweet / spicy relish and I wish I got more of it. Next time. I actually want to try everything. Seriously.
I said in an other review that deli has gone down hill in Toronto. That's fine and **** U deli, because now we have Jersey Mike's! Great work guys, keep it consistent and you've got a customer for life!

I went at 10:30am to beat the crowds and it was worth it! I was treated by multiple friendly faces. They provided me with suggestions, let me sample to red wine vinegar as I was unsure if I wanted it on my sandwich. They encouraged me to film and made jokes, conversations and appeared excited to be working. My sub looked exactly like the pictures and what I had been seeing online, they have a working app where I collected points. They had a lot of employees working so the process was quick. Menu is very easy to understand and most importantly the Subs tasted DELICIOUS and fresh! I am hoping this restaurant lasts and maintains its cleanliness, amazing customer service and tasty food.

Everyone else in the sandwich biz now needs to step up their game. There's a new "Mike" in town! Absolutely killer subs guaranteed to make you forget those rapid-transit sub shops!

At first glance you might be tempted to think that they are a little smaller and a little more expensive than the other guys, but pick up your sandwich and feel the weight of it, and eat your sandwich and see what a huuge difference it makes having top quality ingredients on freshly-baked high quality bread, you will immediately know what you've been missing! No discussion, no contest, your sandwich cravings will be blue & red instead of yellow & green in the future, trust me.

I recommend the #13 Original Italian, order it "Mike's Way" which gets you shredded lettuce, onions, tomato, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and herbs, or try any of the subs with the crispy applewood smoked bacon, or indulge in one of the hot and freshly-grilled cheesesteaks like #56 The Big Kahuna.

This newly opened location has a large parking lot. There are plenty of seating options for any size group you may have.

The crew is slowly working through the kinks to get things smoothed out

There are many options and they all taste great

I indulged in the Big Kahuna for a little steak and cheese with a little kick and boy did it not disappoint

Pair it up with a cookie/ chips and drink for a combo to not forget.
