Had a wonderful shopping experience at this Indian store. The store has a great variety of Indian groceries, spices, snacks, frozen foods, and daily essentials. Everything was neatly arranged, making it easy to find what I needed.

Excellent service, produce is always fresh. The staff members will always assist to locate the items you are looking for or even fetch you fresh vegetables if you want. Good variety of produce, snacks, ghee & masalas. They have started their gol gappas as well. You can buy fresh rotis also they have a roti maker live making fresh rotis

Moldy Pastry - Disappointing Experience at Panchavati Supermarket

I visited Panchavati Supermarket at 45 Woodbine Downs Blvd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 6N5, yesterday and purchased a pineapple pastry. After storing it in the fridge, I took it out this morning to give to my son, but luckily he refused to eat it. Unfortunately, I took one bite before discovering mold in the pastry. Initially, I thought it was pistachio or another ingredient, but the taste was unmistakably off. As a breastfeeding mother, I'm concerned about the potential health risks associated with consuming moldy products. What's even more concerning is that the expiry date on the product was November 15, 2025, which suggests it should have been safe to consume for another 20 days. I find it unacceptable that a product with visible mold was sold, and I hope the store takes immediate action to address this issue and ensure better quality control in the future. I've taken pictures of the moldy pastry as evidence. I hope Panchavati Supermarket will take my feedback seriously and provide a suitable response.

This is a great Indian grocery store. You will find alot of Gujarati items here as well. The frozen food section is massive and diverse. Equally-impressive is their wide selection of packaged snack items like Chevda, Fafda, Jalebi, etc.

They make fresh hot foods including Rotis, Patra, Vada-Pav, Dabeli, Samosas, etc.

They also serve street foods such as Pani-Puri, and fresh juices like Sugarcane juice.

Once you step into the store, you will definitely not leave empty-handed. You will indeed find several food items to enjoy.

Absolutely Horrible and Unhygienic Experience!

I visited Panchvati Super Market recently, and what I witnessed was shocking and completely unacceptable. Their washroom is being used to store and prepare ice for ice-gola! This is not only disgusting but also a serious health hazard. The hygiene standards are beyond poor, and I can’t believe this is allowed to happen. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place, especially when it comes to anything related to food. This is a blatant disregard for customer health and safety.

I hope the authorities take action and hold them accountable for these unhygienic practices!

Be very careful!!! they always sell expired products!! Just bought MTR Palak paneer packet today only to realise it’s already expired 1 month ago after coming back home! I stay too far even to travel back!! Horrible experience! It’s not the first time this happened!! Never going back here!!

Blot on Gujarati Community - Stay Away from this store

I recently purchased ALPHONSO (HAFUS) mangoes for $45 from Panchvati Supermarket, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Every single mango was bad and rotten inside. It's disheartening to spend so much on a high-ticket product only to find it completely spoiled.

To make matters worse, the cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I tried to address my grievance, she just told me to call the store. When I called, she picked up again, told me to speak to the manager, and abruptly hung up. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store.

This is a shame to the whole Gujarati community. I strongly advise all Asian people to avoid Panchvati Supermarket. They won't listen to any complaints once the product leaves their store. Save your money and your peace of mind by shopping elsewhere.

I love the store. It's filled with a variety of different Indian (I assume Gujarati) food products and produce. The employees are incredibly friendly and polite when they come in contact with you to pay for your groceries or to buy any fresh food made by the talented chefs that work there. I 100% recommend going to grocery stores like these.
