Received a sorry excuse for a bruschetta and sizzling mushrooms after being told that most of the menu items are sold out due to upcoming menu changes. Hopefully the new menu is much better than what they currently are offering because the $70 we paid for 2 beers and 2 appetizers did not get us very far. The tomatoes on the bruschetta were old and shriveling, and for the mushroom dish they must have used a microscope to pick these mushrooms because they are tiny and the dish literally looked like burned bits from a frying pan under a layer of store bought pre-shredded cheese to hide the corners they cut with these dishes!!

Ordered a chicken ceasar wrap and while eating it, kind of tasted off but everything was wrapped in, at the end when the lettuce was falling out, clearly the lettuce was all brown and wilted… I asked the waitress what was in it (perhaps it was a balsamic/dressing) negative, I told her and showed her the brown lettuce and no compensation, expected to pay my full bill, no apologies, just ‘I’ll let the kitchen know’ smh

I've been here a handful of times with friends for drinks and food. I've always loved the drinks here! They are on the pricier end of things but well worth it given the taste and presentation. I love the vibe and atmosphere and the staff have always been warm and inviting upon entry. Definitely recommend coming here for a night out with friends.

If you appreciate a bar that actually takes its craft seriously, Door FiftyFive is the spot. The atmosphere is moody, rustic & has that perfect low-light energy for a proper night out. I’m usually quite particular about my Old Fashioned, but their smoked version is exceptional - well-balanced and hits all the right notes. The music is always curated perfectly, loud enough to set the vibe but not so much that you can't have a conversation. It’s got that raw, industrial feel that Port Credit was missing. Definitely a staple for anyone who knows their spirits and wants a space with some actual soul. Cheers to the team here.

I’m honestly shocked by how unprofessional this place is. What should have been a normal night out turned into a complete mess because the staff handled a situation terribly. Instead of de-escalating, staff members actually got involved in the conflict and physically fought my friend. At one point, a man pushed her. That is completely unacceptable behavior from anyone, especially employees who are supposed to ensure safety.
My friend did not start the situation, yet they tried to shift the blame onto her instead of taking accountability for how poorly it was handled. Staff are there to manage problems, not create them. The way this was handled made us feel unsafe and disrespected.
If this is how conflicts are managed here, people should seriously think twice before going. Management needs to address this immediately.

Would not recommend, homophobic bouncers and management. Witnessed a group of young adults get thrown out today because their friend “didn’t fit the look” of this establishment. In this day and age it’s very disheartening that this behaviour is still happening and being accepted by the management. The bouncers were excessive and aggressive with the group as they were gathering their things, it made me fear for my own safety. If you’re looking for a fun night out in Port Credit find somewhere else, this is not somewhere to waste your night and money.

The atmosphere is ok, and the service was very good. The waitress we had was attentive and friendly.
The food was terrible. The calamari (mostly broccoli, a few pieces of shrimp and small freezer burned calamari rings). The "popcorn chicken" was cut up chicken tenders. The thyme fries didn't have any seasoning, let alone a speck of thyme.... The nachos were decent at least.
Music was a throwback to the 90s/00s which was fun.
Drinks wise, you're fine with beer and the basics. They didn't have the ingredients for the cocktail I wanted and one of my friends didn't like hers.

Waited for over an hour and a half for 2 burgers ...until we had to remind bar tender/ server ... Then they brought the food out ice cold with absolutely ”NO" apology whatsoever. (I would have been more than fine if some sort of an appolgy was received...different bar tenders Kept pouring different amounts of liquor for shots of Coniac .. some were less than shot and some were almost 2 shots.
Attentive but with no actual satisfaction at the end.
Read your guest and go with the flow.
We'll give it a second chance since we live next door at Bright water.

Great spot with excellent service. The bartender recommended the Oaxacan Old Fashioned - and it did not disappoint. Calamari and truffle fries were both solid. Friendly staff and great vibes

We had a great time at Door Fifty Five! The vibe was on point, and the throwback R&B playlist was everything—we honestly didn’t want the music to end. It brought such a fun, nostalgic energy to the night. The food was just okay, nothing too memorable, but the atmosphere and the music totally made up for it. If you're looking for a spot with good drinks and great tunes, this is it. We'll definitely be back for the vibes!

Heat was off and it was very cold. 3/4 of drinks were not in stock. 50% of menu was not available (including “cheese” lol).
Nice waitress that tried to make the best of it.

Don't waste you money. Have been going here off and on for years. Last visit was awful. Sat in the back which smelled of urine. Ordered 3 different scotches from their list that they didn't have. Had to finally go up to the bar to see what was in stock. Waitress did not know. Very disappointed, this place used to be good.

Really cool spot for drinks and dancing when you're in Port Credit. They have the best cocktails here and vibe is cool and happening on the weekend. Definitely a nice place for drinks and dancing. And the bartenders are really nice and friendly. You're in good hands here for sure. Forget the rest, this is the go to place in Port Credit

I wanted to love this place - amazing music, good food and drinks but this places loses major points in the ambience. We came around 8 and it was dark out but bright inside. I asked to dim the lights - it provides ambience but apparently even if a customer asks the lights are only dimmed around 10pm. The owner was the one who ran over and turned the lights down; sad to disregard a customer request that I'm sure many others would have enjoyed as well.

Ordered the chicken and waffles and the sauces that came with it were so delicious! The food was not 5/5 because some areas of the chicken were overly crispy and ended up being difficult to cut into.
The service was quite slow, however, service was friendly.

This place is spoiled by the rude bouncers and with poor music and overall delay in any service, needless to say the bouncers are unprofessional, brainless and they would simply ignore the concerns if you are going solo or with decent group of friends..I myself have see multiple times that they misbehave regularly with whomever they want and there are police roaming near this club and evertime there is some incidents happening around this place...WASHROOM ARE EVEN WORST if you want to spoil ur evening this is the best place

Cute little place in Port credit. Food was good, service was a little slow. But would definitely go back.

Table for 8 ignored by staff who obviously favoured other guest of similar likeness. Manager 2 busy to address issues rather be on his computer.

Smoked BBQ wings was very good. I was lucky to walk in and get a table, however, it quickly got filled. Nice rustic look and ambience. I didn't see much of anything else to do other than eating, drinking and chatting with friends. Staff was friendly I found... All in all it was a good vibe.

So dissatisfied, out of brisket, food was bland, ordered dry rub cajun wings that had no flavour,
my friends trout was uneatible, service was slow, restaurant needs good scrub, sticky tables, sticky floor...never to return
