I brought my 2019 Subaru Impreza into Joe’s Slinger Service for an oil change, and I had such a great experience!  While I was there, Sarah took the time to have them look into an issue I’ve had with a slow leak in one of my tires. The technician quickly figured out, it was a faulty valve stem and was able to have it replaced while I waited.

I really appreciated how thorough and helpful Sarah, Stephanie, & Dylan were. They took time to check over everything; they didn’t just do the oil change and send me on my way. They made sure the car was safe and everything was addressed properly. Joe sure does have a great team over there, between the customer service, comfortable waiting area, and honest care. Highly recommend Joe’s Slinger Service!

My car’s check engine light came on on a Saturday. We dropped the car while the garage was closed and left it. I called on Monday morning to explain why my car was there. Joe’s had it diagnosed by Monday afternoon and let me know they would do all they could to get it fixed ASAP. I received a call Wednesday morning that my car was done.

I was both surprised and happy that it was fixed so quickly, and with OEM parts to boot! I highly recommend Joe’s Slinger Service.

Great experience with Joe’s service. All of the staff from office to techs were very nice and prompt with letting me know what all needed to be done and pricing. Loved the free shuttle service from dropping my truck off and them giving me a ride back and picking me up when truck was done to pick it up. I will bring my truck back for any future repairs as I was very happy with the service I received. Thank you to all staff !

I bought a used truck and a few months after I bought it, it started having problems. I took my truck to Joe's and they took the time to fix my truck. My truck has definitely caused a headache or 2 over there at Joe's but they did such a great job! Dylan kept up great communication with me which I'm sure everyone appreciates. I greatly appreciate everything they all did. If you're looking for a shop that does everything they can to fix your vehicle and make it a smooth process, Joe's is the shop!

Came here after we had our van at another shop that forgot to tighten the caliper bolt and all hell broke loose literally! They took the van in checked it all out and got it running great again! I thought maybe I needed a wheel bearing a week later they took it and looked it over and said nope that was good and needed tires as they were cupping. Didn't charge me anything the 2nd time! Thank you guys very much as it's always hard to find a solid and honest mechanic! Glad we found one! Thanks again! Can't recommend them enough.

I am from Appleton Wisconsin. I was helping my daughter and son-in-law put up a deck at their new home in Jackson. On my way home my f150's temp gauge pegged on hot. It was Saturday night. I knew nothing about service centers in the area, so I randomly picked Joe's to have the tow truck drop my truck off. I left a note hoping that I chose the right place. Boy I lucked out. They promptly called me on Monday, scheduled the water pump replacement, and had it fixed and ready to go by Wednesday.
Even though they knew that I probably would not be a regular customer, they still took great care of me at a reasonable price.

Thank you for your honest, fair, and compassionate service!

I whole heartedly recommend Joe's for any service you may need.

We were looking for a new mechanic. Joe’s had some good reviews online. We gave them a try and were very satisfied with their service. They let us know issues they found before doing the work. We were on a tighter schedule and the technician went above to keep our time at the garage less than originally expected. The staff was very professional. Brought my vehicle in for transmission replacement. The price I was quoted was the price I paid with no hidden fees or unnecessary add-ons. Repair was finished within the estimated time period. Joe’s was recommended by a friend who used to work with Joe. Honest and thorough service. As a previous service writer, thorough communication is greatly appreciated. Even if I wasn’t as knowledgeable, their team is friendly and explains what’s going on. The big job we had done on our first visit was a lot of annoying things and they were so wonderful, helpful and did a great job. Without warning, 4 "pay attention" icons appeared on my dashboard freaking me out. After a tow to Joe's Slinger Service and a promise they'd check it out asap in the midst of a full schedule.... I drove away with a brand new computer sensor 2 days later and a safe vehicle to take me on the roadtrip I had planned. It was clear to me they went the extra mile!!

They were able to get my truck in quick to get an alignment and they were very helpful when I asked questions about other things on my truck. It was nice to be able to drop off my truck before business hours, make a payment over the phone, and be able to pick up my truck after hours. Prices for services were very good as well! Will be returning in the future for any truck needs!

I recently brought my Ram 2500 (with a leveling kit and larger tires) to Joe’s Slinger Service for an alignment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I was referred to Joe's after calling multiple reputable service centers with no luck, claiming it was too large for their alignment rack. From my initial phone call to meeting Joe in person, it was clear that he’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they handle the alignment perfectly, and my truck drives better than ever, but they also did an oil change while it was in the shop. Shootout to the phenomenal mechanics!
