If you’re heading to spirit leaf ,Rylan is the guy you’re looking for. This guy is on another level, he knows the products inside out and actually listens to what you're looking for. His recommendations are always on point. Plus, his vibe? Immaculate. Super chill, easy to talk to, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. Honestly, he makes the whole experience 10x better.

I had a fantastic experience with Kiki, she was super friendly and took the time to walk me through the options without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The shop had a chill vibe and was clean with tons of flower strains, vapes and edibles. I got the pre rolls ;) thanks

I stopped by the store for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The two associates, Ryleigh and Emily, were able to assist me with all the questions I had. They were so kind and patient. I’ve never consumed cannabis but was looking for something to start off with. They were quite informative and I learned a lot from them.

I also was interested in the beverages and the store has a really nice selection of low-sugar or sugar-free drinks. I got some great stuff to try this weekend with my partner and friends. The store is also really clean and dog-friendly. I look forward to coming back when I’m in the area next. :-)

Cartridges are cheaper if you bought them from OCS or Canna Cabana. However, as a first time visitor of this dispensary, I liked how the dispensary was set up. Nevertheless, the staff seemed to be overworked and they weren't friendly at all. This dispensary didn't give me cozy vibes. I won't be coming again.

I have never been so disgusted to the point I should leave a review till my last visit on Tuesday. This location is my go to place. Friendly staff that have helped me try new products and have knowledge for any questions I have. Until a few days ago I had the blessing of meeting the General Manager. I’m not sure what the owners of this store look for in general managers but if they’re looking for power hungry and disrespectful leader then they found it. I won’t be shopping here anymore, I can’t support such behaviour. What I do hope is that if the owners care for their employees that they look into their current general manager and make appropriate changes

First off I want to note the employees at this location are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I've had.

Where my negative review comes in is the products, I have been shopping here since maybe October 2020 and have consistently received products that had been packaged on average 3-4 months prior to purchase.

Totally understand that that is part of the supply chain, but other dispensaries have consistently been able to offer me fresher products on a regular basis packaged in the one month range.

Shame considering how nice the store is and how amazing the staff are.

Great and plentiful selection of flowers in stores. Super inviting and knowledgeable staffs to help with all orders and supplies in the store. Ready to share any information for their consumers. Which makes it feel very safe. New shipments comes weekly. And there is enough space to browse without the scare of COVID-19. The space is well lit, clean, and comfortable.

Flowers are very well described, and made ready to order on their clean touch pad system. Easy interface. Service is quick and easy.

Everything seemed to be reasonably priced , as matched online with the corresponding brands.

Great location also with open parking space.
