We recently had a fence installed and overall the finished product looks great. The quality of the work and the install itself met our expectations, and the crew did a solid job once they were on site.

That said, the process leading up to the installation was frustrating. We were originally quoted a 4–5 week timeline, but the project wasn’t completed until 8 weeks after we paid a 50% deposit. Throughout that time, communication was the biggest issue. I had to consistently reach out for updates, and even then the responses were brief and didn’t provide much clarity on scheduling.
I understand that delays can happen, especially with weather and workload, but better communication and proactive updates would have made a big difference.

If you’re considering this company, you can expect good workmanship, but I would recommend setting clear expectations upfront around timeline and communication.

This is the best job and best service I've received in years! I am in a service oriented industry and would highly recommend this crew to any contractors I work with is how great they were, absolute perfectionists. The owner checked on the finished job, the estimator was onsite before the job begun to give the crew specific instructions. The office was kind and cooperative.
Be understanding and expect that schedules will shift with rain and unforeseen obstacles so be flexible- that is construction.
I couldn't be happier with the finished product and the process was great as well. They ensured it went well and inspected to make sure that it did. Everyone was pleasant. I couldn't ask for more than this. A+++++++

Brennan's Fence is the best fence company around. They really care about their customers from the Nicole who works in the office, who sets up your free estimate and answers any questions you have beforehand to Zach who does your estimate and works with you all the way through to make sure you have everything you need to submit to your HOA and addresses all your concerns to Joe who orders it all and gets the jobs out. Best material! Best customer service! Best prices for the best work. It is a pleasure to work with these people. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone for their fencing needs! Thanks again.

Brennans fence have been absolutely a pleasure to work with. Very detailed, straight forward and timely. Zack from Brennans helped us a lot in making us understand the boundaries, the plan and with the price. He came in twice to address our questions. Would definitely work with them again.

The good: office staff and crew friendly-'supervisor' meh. While install was pushed back, it was weather related. I did have to call for updates myself. Very unhappy with fence. They did not level the ground build up from previous fence that had been installed for 15yrs. Then they installed fence above the highest point, leaving easy escapes opportunities for my pets. They also left a huge gap between the fence and house. Purpose of fence is to keep pets in. They came out and repaired gap. Lowered some parts of fence and charged extra to put longer pickets in some areas. Again refusing to level the ground. Area of longer pickets are not straight and they have not responded to contact. Also found 1 picket not nailed at the bottom and pushed open.
I do not usually do negative reviews.. but since they are not responding, thought it may help. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Brennan's installed a semi-private wood fence for us. We love teh fence and feel it upgraded our entire property. Brennan's was a delight to work with--every person we interacted with, from Zack, a helpful and very professional guy who did the estimate, to the lovely person who does scheduling on the phone, to the crew who did the install. All extremely professional and the craftsmanship is excellent. We couldn't be happier.

I recently had Brennan's Fence Installations put up a fence at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work! From the initial quote to the finished product, everything was handled professionally. Zach was the main contact for the quote, and he made sure to walk me through all the details, answer any questions, and offer great advice. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly made the whole process smooth from the start.

The installation crew was equally fantastic. They were not only highly skilled, ensuring the posts were perfectly straight and level while following the lay of the land, but they were also professional and respectful of my property. They took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the installation process, which I really appreciated.

One thing to note is that they don’t haul away the dirt, but if you contact the office before the job is done, they’ll happily bag it for you. This little extra touch made a big difference and made the whole experience even easier. Cannot speak more highly of Brennan's Fence! I have referred them to many of my buyers & sellers who I've worked with as their Realtor, but they also did an outstanding job on my personal home. The installation happened ahead of schedule and was completed very quickly. We are so happy with our fence, and I will continue to refer my own clients to Brennan's!

Zack was very informative and super helpful with providing quotes and estimated time frames--even when I requested to make last minute changes. Despite setbacks from rain and a crew member falling ill on the day of my fence installation, I highly recommend Brennan's Fence & Deck Installations. From the outset, Joseph Brennan provided a professional and knowledgeable quote, and the new crew that took over the installation maintained the same high standards of professionalism and expertise. They did a fantastic job installing my white vinyl privacy fence, which has beautifully completed my backyard. I am very pleased with the results and am glad I trusted them with the job. Nicole in the office was exceptionally kind throughout the process.

Brennan’s Fence did a wonderful job on installing our 350 feet of vinyl fence to complete our backyard.

From the beginning of quoting with Tyler to the crew that installed the entire fence in 1 day it was a smooth transaction and install.

The fence looks wonderful and adds the privacy for my wife and I as well as our dog. I believe the pictures speak for themselves!

Nothing wrong with supporting a local family run business that does good, quality work.
