I was very worried about finding the right company because there are so many bad reviews for other companies for squirrel removal. This one is GREAT! They answered all my questions and they even came out to my house the same day to set up a trap. Squirrels went into it in less than 12 hours. Austin was the expert, went to my house again to switch out the trap and take the one with squirrels in it. He was very kind, patient and very knowledgeable. It’s employees like that who truly make a positive impact on your experience with a company.

Giving 1 star because it won't let me do zero. Believe all of the other 1 star reviews on this page because it sounds like we all have the same issues. We paid $800+ for raccoon removal. We were told that the trap would be actively monitored and that we would receive access to a portal to monitor activity. We never received any monitoring system even after calling and specifically requesting this information. When we tried to call to get updates, we could never get in contact with them. They advertise 24/7 service on their website, yet do not respond in a timely manner. If you are a current client, you will automatically get pushed to their AI bot instead of a real person. We tested this by calling with different numbers and received a human or real voicemail ONLY when calling from unknown numbers. As soon as we booked, we only got the robot. The trap sat empty with no “bait” for over a day and it was obvious that no one was monitoring the trap. I understand that you can't force the animals into the trap, but you definitely won't catch anything with it sitting empty. We tried calling to tell them this multiple times and didn't receive a call back until 3 days later. At that time we concluded the "service" as the communication and customer service was so deporable that we didn't want to deal with them any more.
Service was not completed as no animals were ever removed and the communication that was promised was never delivered. We could have been more understanding if we had received ANY form of communication as we know the process can take time. However, when no one is responsive when you've paid that much money, it is extremely frustrating. There was no apology or reaching out from them to remedy our frustrations or attempt to help us resolve the issue.

Very prompt service with very professional employees who removed the animal swiftly and efficiently. Highly recommend them to whomever needs them. We will call them immediately if the situation returns.

The biggest scam! Don’t waste your $800. Paid them on 3/31/26 to remove animals in crawl space. It is now 4/20/26 and we have seen them 3 times. Once to place trap. Once to remove an animal. Once to replace trap. They say they are open 24/7, but usually get answer machine. Their excuse is it’s always on the truck or not on the truck. Took them less than 10 hours to cash our check. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Will contact Better Business Bureau.

They double charged me on the day of service. I called them to let them know of the mistake and was told it would take 2 weeks to be issued a refund. 2 weeks came and went with no refund. Since then I called at least 5 times and every time I was told to wait another 2 weeks. They removed all traps from my house and never issued a refund for the double charge. I called to inform them I was looking into legal action. Do not use this provider.

Edit: I will call again, and for context, I added a photo of the double charge that I have called for several month about. The number you provided is the exact number I have called over and over and was told another 2 weeks every single time.
