I vetted a few companies and viewed their work. The finished work done by Guardian was the best. Their prices were also not the highest but the work was top notch. There was no high sales pitch and in fact I had already chosen a color mix I loved that others were more than happy to install for me. Guardian refused because it was not suitable for areas that received any sunlight. I doubled checked this claim and they were 100%. But my second choice is even better than my first choice. All the team members were top notch and my installers, Tahj and Devan could not have been better. My floors look amazing! Photos do not reflect how good it really is.

Our entire experience from estimate to install was excellent. No games, just straightforward, very knowledgeable, informative presentation . We were able to choose the color, customize the chip size & the top coat.
Install day, I received a text notifying me of their eta, they arrived within 5 minutes of that time. We went over the two areas, verified the choices, discussed the expected timeline.
Harvey & Casey did an incredible job, they were meticulous & completed our job in 6 hours on a 100 degree day. We are thrilled with the end result & have already had a neighbor asked for Guardian’s contact info.
I highly recommend this company & quality of the staff. We had another company (Shark) come out & give us an estimate, but sadly they played a lot of games & only offered a 5 year warranty on my porch. Guardian has a lifetime warranty. So the choice for us was easy & clearly we made the right choice. Don’t let the name fool you they do much more than just garage floors.

From the initial consultation through the final installation, the was professional knowledgeable, and punctual. The clearly explained the process, answered all our questions, and delivered exactly what they promised.
The installation crew ( Tajh, Devan, Owen and Lewis) paid close attention to detail and took pride in their work. They finished floors look outstanding with a durable high-quality finish that completely transformed our garage.

Guardian Garage Floors absolutely knocked it out of the park!

They installed their proprietary polyurea/polyaspartic floor coating with Black Carbon decorative chips in my garage, and the finished product looks incredible. The floor has completely transformed the space, and the quality is obvious the moment you see it.

A huge shoutout to Tajh and Devan. They kept me informed throughout every step of the installation, answered all of my questions, and worked their tails off in the Florida heat without ever cutting corners. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic were outstanding. They definitely earned the $100 tip I gave them!

If you're thinking about upgrading your garage floor, I highly recommend Guardian Garage Floors. You won't be disappointed.

The crew with Tajh, Devan and Gary did a great job! They were professional and courteous. My sales rep, Dan, was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I love my new polyaspartic pool deck and lanai! It really updated the area and brightened up the space. The only thing I wish I had known was that the old stamped concrete scoring lines would show through in some places. They show up in more places than I thought they would once the final top coat was applied. Luckily the flakes help make them less noticeable. Still love the end result and so much better than before! I will use them again for my driveway and highly recommend.
