JC is an excellent realtor! He is patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting a good deal and that I was satisfied with my home. He answered all my questions every step of the way. He referred me to the right people and got back to me in a timely manner. All in all it was such a joy to work with Josue for my 1st home purchase :)

As a first time home buyer (and a nervous one at that) I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than JC. My husband and I had a million questions, flipped back and forth, and had to have things explained multiple times. JC was able to answer these questions fully and alleviate all of our concerns. Throughout our time together, JC always made us feel like his number one priority. He answered every text, frantic phone call, and email in a quick and timely manner. He put together strings of houses to visit and really listened to what we wanted and what we were looking for. It didn’t take him long at all to know what our style was and what we disliked. When we put in our offer and it got accepted, JC worked tirelessly to push it through and handled everything with grace. Our process for buying our first home was a little out of the norm and honestly a bit chaotic (nothing related to JC) but JC knew exactly what to do and how to handle it. Every curveball that was thrown his way and every wrench and change of plans, JC caught it, managed it, and it was fixed. The process wasn’t easy but JC made it as easy as it could be. My husband and I are now working on making our first house a home and none of this would’ve possible without JC by our side and on our team.

It's been a really great experience working with Josue. I had no trouble getting ahold of him throughout the process, which was amazing!!! I have spoken to other realtors in the past, but they were never available after the initial conversation. He was able to find my family a beautiful rental home very quickly. He was able to save me time and money by narrowing down the rental options that had no other pending applications. I will definitely be working with him in the future when we decide to buy a home!!!
