Their system processes payments when it wants to and you will end up paying overdraft fees even if you didn’t overdraft the payment. Before coming to this bank I never paid overdraft fees as I only spend the money I actually have . I came here and almost every week they hit me with overdraft fees because their system processes payments way later than you actually bought the item and it leaves you for paying for the item twice and on top of the the insufficient fund fee . Ever since I switched to Citibank I never have any overdraft or insufficient fund problems I have the paperwork to prove it

The lady at the counter here is annoying. I always get wire transfers done here, but this time she didn't seem to want to do it and kept complaining. I'll never come here again.
