I called to ask if they carry a particular type of oil for my Volkswagen and I just have to say, shout out to Melissa! She took my call and was so helpful, patient and kind. I’m looking forward to bringing my car in for service.

Shoutout to the amazing crew at my local oil change spot in Walker! Austin, Gabriel, and Eliza absolutely crushed it. From the moment I pulled in, they were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing.

Austin kept everything running smoothly and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. Gabriel was quick, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. Eliza brought great energy and top-tier customer service—super welcoming and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

Fast service, great attitudes, and genuine care for customers—hard to find all three in one place these days. These three make a fantastic team. Easily a 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Hands-down Josh, the sweetest man in the world Emily, a true bad ass and the kindest woman in the world. You have to come check them out. They were so nice to me and explained everything to me since I had a bad experience with a previous oil changing place which their reviews come in pretty soon but please come check Josh and Emily out. They got a rockstar team and honestly it’s kind as they are and as much work as they do, they need a raise.

Today was my first time stopping here, and I just want to say that I was genuinely quite surprised without how nice it was. I believe his name was Josh that guided me in and introduced me. His enthusiasm and friendless was amazing! It made the whole experience very nice. Because of him, I will definitely be making this my "go to" for an oil change. As for the price and speed, the price was good, I paid only about $72.00 total after a coupon (They have many). And I was in and out within 15 minutes. Overall, great experience with the service, and great experience with every one of the technicians!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Above and Beyond Service!

I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had at PerformancePlus Oil Change 4015 Lake Michigan Dr NW
in Walker Michigan. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was over the top. You can tell immediately that the importance of the customer is their number one priority. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and sincere.

What really stood out was the management team Josh is initially who I talked to first he’s the assistant store manager and his customer service was so extra extraordinary… that I drove all the way out to this particular store just because of him and Travis the manager of the store was a superb edition to my afternoon, his knowledge & customer service was extremely wonderful the two of them as a team, making an incredible store and the rest of the employees are just as wonderful—their passion and dedication are truly inspiring. You can tell they genuinely care about not just doing a great job, but making sure you feel valued and appreciated. In today’s world, that kind of service is rare.

They were absolutely perfect from start to finish, and I left feeling confident, cared for, and 100% satisfied. If you want quality service with people who treat you like family, this is the place to go!

THANK YOU 😊
