⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an outstanding experience at Brakes Plus thanks to Isaac and the entire team. Isaac was incredibly respectful, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the service process. The manager was also exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond by offering valuable insight and recommendations when I asked questions about additional repairs and maintenance concerns.

What really stood out was their honesty, customer service, and willingness to help. They provided exceptional discounts that made the service even more affordable, without sacrificing quality. It's rare to find a team that is both knowledgeable and genuinely focused on taking care of their customers.

I highly recommend this Brakes Plus location to anyone looking for trustworthy automotive service. Huge thanks to Isaac and the manager for making this such a positive experience! 🚗👏

Received a coupon for an oil change. Got it in to do so in a timely manner. Jack was very helpful and kind. Didn’t even blink when I told him we had the free oil change, other places I have gone give a slight condensing tone when working on throngs at a discounted price. They were fast and efficient. I will be returning to Brakes Plus.
Thank you Jack!

I went by there yesterday. I need some brake work done. I had an amazing person help me. Her name is Jennifer. I’ve never had someone so kind help me. She went over everything with me. I stayed in the lobby and she checked with me to see if I needed anything. I will definitely be back. Thank you Jennifer.

I’ve had a great experience with Brakes Plus on Dell Range in Cheyenne, WY. I originally had my brakes done in April, and I recently returned today for ball joint repair.

Both times, Nate Winters helped me and was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. He explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs, and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle before any work was done.

The brake service in April went smoothly, and today’s ball joint repair was completed efficiently as well. My vehicle feels much safer and drives noticeably better after both visits.

Overall, I appreciate the honest communication and reliable service, and I would definitely return for future maintenance.
