I was really excited for this appointment and needed the cut for my brother’s wedding.

The day of I realized I accidentally booked for the wrong day. I saw online that there were appointments available. I called to reschedule and they told me that these available slots were for returning customers only!?!?

I told them I needed a cut really badly for the wedding and didn’t understand why they couldn’t help me. They said extra time is needed for new clients, but seriously!?! It could have taken me 30 seconds to explain how I wanted my hair. They continued to insist that there was nothing they could do…

For a place that charges so much I would have hoped for better customer service. Was honestly shocked they wouldn’t take my money with open slots on the schedule. It really shows that they have enough business to not care about some people. It was my fault but still not that cool of them. Will not give them a dime now.

I went to Fleischman Salon for the first time this past weekend. All I can say is WOW!!!! Jo was my stylist, as soon as I walked in, greeted warmly, but the cut/style and advice she gave me? Top notch! Such a great experience! Cannot recommend enough! I found my new place! Thanks Jo!!!’

I had a really frustrating experience with Madison at Fleishman. From the start, she was dismissive of what I was asking for and kept insisting that “this is the only way we cut hair here,” rather than trying to understand or customize the look to suit me. It felt like there was no willingness to listen or adapt, which is honestly the bare minimum you expect when getting a haircut.

The end result was disappointing and not at all what I had in mind. What made it worse was her attitude , it came across as rude and inflexible, which made the whole experience uncomfortable.

It’s a shame because the salon itself is great — the space is nice, and everyone else on the staff I interacted with was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, this one experience really took away from it. I’d consider going back, but definitely not to Madison.

Great experience with Erica so far. To keep a long story short, she is dedicated to improving men's hair and has made me re-think everything about how I style and treat my hair. If you think its time for a change, go to Erica and enjoy.

This salon never disappoints. This goes for each stylist that works there but recently I worked with Madison. She’s thoughtful and genuinely invested in my hair and overall appearance. I love that each stylist takes pride in helping you look and feel your best. The entire space is uplifting and I leave feeling confident and grateful. I would recommend this salon to anyone.
