I was sent there from Urgent Care to get an ultra sound and was treated awful from the lady that checked me in . After finding out they wouldn't take my insurance and announcing it to the entire waiting room I asked why they couldn't see me . The rude woman didnt say a word and handed me my discharge paperwork from Urgent Care that was sitting on the counter ,as if I couldn't grab them myself. Everyone in the waiting room right now knows my personal business and that I was denied care . I sure hope I don't have the blood clot that was suspected.Maybe they need some better training on patient care and possibly a class or two on HIPPA!

I'm very happy with the treatment from Spfld Clinic Urgent Care Plus. This is my second visit within a year. They had seen me quickly after registering. The staff is very caring. They have all the equipment that was needed for my treatment.

Received prompt attention, everyone was pleasant, courteous & professional. A nurse came to my room & took vitals, shortly thereafter a doctor came in. She confirmed my symptoms & shortly the nurse came back & started IV fluids. Both very professional. They diagnosed me & released me after 2 liters of fluid (dehydration due to stomach virus) with follow-up care instructions.

Carpenter St - Staff is great, no problem. When I walked in, there were only 2 of us in the waiting room. A few more walked in after I checked in but I was called back to the room within 20 minutes. Only gave 4 stars because my wait in the room was a bit excessive (over an hour) after being called back to the room.
Satisfied with everything else.

I took my husband in to the clinic for a possible blood clot in his leg. The staff were very friendly and efficient in their duties. Dr Ferguson was very thorough and knowledgeable. She came to the correct diagnosis and we were on our way in good time.
