If you are looking for a prosthodontics that makes their own crowns, dentures, or anything for that matter, do not come here. Just like any dentist that does crowns they ship off your images to someone else. Why go to extra school to do the job of a regular dentist. All of my issues could have been answered over a phone call. I would not have needed to drive two hours to a specialist that isn’t actually special. However, I’m not surprised considering the receptionist can’t spell. You can’t get any questions answered over the phone because they do not actually know the capabilities of the dentist they work for. Go at your own risk. Do not ignore any red flags you see from them. I would recommend someone else but this office is the only so called “ prosthodontics” office in Reno. Other offices that may be able to help is smile dental. I have never and won’t be going there either. If you need specialty work you may need to travel to Sacramento or Las Vegas.

I trust Dr. Andresen with my dental care and also the care of my family! The dedication to technical medical / dental details,, creative artistic ability, excellent patient care, attention to the educational guidance of her very competent office staff, attentive facilitation of environmental office hygiene and the ability to actually listen to her patients all make each visit a meaningful experience. Other dentists had not been able to solve my complicated dental issues. Dr. Andresen has restored my smile and my oral health. I would just love to say I am 100% pleased! Totally friendly and its like a family environment. Never a long wait( ever) ! I went to get my top dentures and in 5 visits had them and they were amazing!!! I had so many compliments on them it was unbelievable. It's also a beautiful office!

I have already recommended this dentist to 3 friends and family members. Ashton was very empathetic when working with my struggles with insurance, only to end up getting me money back. Dr. Is very nice and is not judgemental which is hard to find when you are missing teeth. The appointments were on schedule and as expected. Thank you all for your kindness, and compassion! Dr. Allison at Andresen Prosthodontics is the best dentist ever! Newly arrived in Reno months ago, i experienced a dental emergency that required an immediate tooth extraction, which left a visible gap when i smiled. Dr. Allison is my hero. She promptly fit me into her schedule for my initial visit and diagnosis, referred me next-day to a specialist for the extraction and review of my options, and then created a bridge that looks perfectly natural. I was impressed after reading her bio, and now am even more so after my dental work is complete! The staff members are all wonderful too--kind, patient, compassionate, and professional. This was the best all-around experience I've ever had at a dentist's office.

I really like this dental practice a lot. They all know what they’re doing professionally as well as offer a lot of advice and support with what’s priority as far as dental health demands and what can be held off a little bit more. Most insurance plans are very limited in coverage. This office helps navigate those uncertainties easier to the patient. Also, their staff are very experienced at their own positions and it’s all a very nice clean environment there. Brightly lit and beautiful office is much nicer to come in to.
I’ll be sending my family and friends here as well.

I chose Andresen Prosthodontics to take me through the process of a full mouth restoration. Dr Alison was wonderful and way beyond my expectations. It is important for patients to know that Andresen Prosthodontists are the only such service in Reno that has their own in-house lab and make their prosthesis themselves. The final teeth that Dr Alison made for me were absolutely perfect and look exactly like real teeth. I could not be happier! The whole practice is 5 Star, including the Office Staff & Dental Assistants. The staff were so wonderful to me, and it showed that they love working there. Such a great environment!

This place is the best. Most recently I had an old filling from another dentist crack over the holiday and they were able to fit me in with short notice the day I got back. Dr. Andresen is the only dentist I’ve been to that I’ve felt ZERO pain during a filling. and he took more time than most to make sure the bite felt perfect.

My work as the operator of a sailboat that acts as a floating school for troubled teen boys keeps me on the move. But once I found this place, I always make it a point to coordinate a stop through Reno for my dental care. My previous dentist would take it as a personal affront when I asked questions about materials used or other options for a procedure. Not here , they're happy to explain all the options and details of a procedure with unbiased information and grace. And their advanced knowledge, training and techniques ensure the procedure will be executed to an amazing standard of precision and quality! Oh and their office is in a quiet, safe convenient part of town with ample and easy parking right by the building.

Stop embarrassing yourself with subpar dental work. Do your mouth and anyone who may encounter your mouth a favor and make this your dentist!
