We worked with eGrowth Partners for 9 months on a complicated issue to reinstate our Amazon seller account. Despite our repeated efforts and communication with various Amazon departments, we weren’t able to resolve the issue and get our Amazon account reinstated.

While there were no guarantees from the start, I have no hesitation in giving eGrowth Partners my highest recommendation. They approached our case from every possible angle, were transparent about the challenges, and gave it their full effort. Cynthia and her team are incredible! I've hired eGrowth several times over the past 6-7 years. They follow through every time. The owner Cynthia wrote the book (literally) on how to maintain good account health. She is diligent, smart, and cares deeply about her clients. I've hired them for a total of 5 authenticity and IP complaint appeals over the years, and we were successful in resolving each one. I also hired Cynthia to give me advice on Amazon's bundle policy. The fee was steep ($500 for 1 hour), but I knew that I had to pay top dollar for top advice. We went about 15 minutes over for no additional charge. What made me want to write this review is about 2 weeks after the call, Amazon changed their bundle policy. Cynthia was so thoughtful, she reached out to email me about the changes and offered to jump on a call at no charge to amend the advice she provided me factoring in the new policy update Amazon provided. eGrowth goes above and beyond for their clients! We would give this team 5+++++ stars if we could!! We received BEYOND, BEYOND amazing service in getting our Amazon account reinstated. Our team was dedicated and thorough from Day 1. They emailed us nearly daily to keep us in the loop, request additional information, and ask questions about things they found in our Amazon account. We hired them after firing our first reinstatement team with another company and the difference we saw between the two services was quite literally night and day. From our initial call with Cynthia to the appeal written, submitted and Amazon's approval took about 3 weeks (including the July 4th holiday in between). We took our time with one very detailed appeal, and it was approved by Amazon *hours* after submitting.

Our case was quite complicated but the team got in, dove deep, and was just so thorough as mentioned before. We are a 7-figure business so as you can imagine, this was a very stressful time for us. Could not have had a better experience.

We started with another company and they did not do even close to the level of detail that eGrowth Partners did. EGrowth Partners were kind, caring, had a softens about them and understood what the business means to us.

They spent the time doing a massive deep dive into our processes and Amazon account. Then they asked a lot of detailed questions.

Then with our first appeal Amazon reopened our account and all was forgiven from Amazon.
