Ia m a 81 year old man who has dealt with many quality attorneys. baker Evans is at the top of the list.
My home was damaged by a severe hailstorm. My homeowners policy was with State Farm. State Farm sent out an appraiser who denied my claim, even though my neighbors had their roofs replaced without an issue. None of my neighbors had State Farm insurance. Helping Hands was the company who replaced one of my neighbors roof. I contacted Helping Hands to replace my roof, when it was approved, which was denied by State Farm. Helping Hands felt that this was a decision, by State Farm, that was unfair and inaccurate, due to their evaluation of the damage to our roof and because all my neighbors had major damage also.
Helping Hands acquired the help of Baker Evans, to take our case. Baker Evans took on the giant of insurance companies in State Farm. Baker came to our home and explained our case. I had tried and tried to get a response from State Farm on how to appeal their decision. State Farm would not respond to me.
Baker kept challenging State Farm's decision, even though, he could not get a response either. He kept challenging them, over and over, even though kept stalling.
Finally, after many efforts by Baker, State Farm finally came to the table, and agreed to replace my roof, thanks to the efforts of Baker Evans.
Baker kept us informed every step of the way.
The whole process was stressful, but I made a friend in Baker Evans.

We had somewhat of a complex Insurnace issue with our property insurance company. The insurnace company was dragging their feet and using shady delay tactics in an attempt to not pay our valid claim. After dealing with the company for two months on our own, we had enough of their games and contacted attorney William “Trey” Buckley. It was the best decision we made. Trey dealt with this insurance company professionally, firmly and made them act in a timely and ethical fashion. While he made no promises, he delivered above and beyond everything we discussed. He communicated so well as soon as he knew something we knew. I just can’t say enough good things about his communication and the way he handled the adjusters and others with the insurance company. For a complex issue like we had even the fees were reasonable. He made the process of dealing with the insurance company a lot less stressful and avoided what I am sure would have been a year or longer process without him. While I hope that I never have another insurance issue especially a complex one, if I do I will definitely be contacting Trey. 10 out of 10!
