I highly recommend Maids Modern. The owner Antonio is so conscientious. We hired Maids Modern for an apartment move out service. Due to car troubles, the original crew could not show up. He was only able to send one crew member to do the job. We were unhappy with the results. I called Antonio to let him know. Firstly, he was very apologetic; he sent out his whole crew the next morning to redo the entire job! During the entire process, he stayed in touch with me; sent me photos and informed me when they finished. Upon completion he went as far to tell me if the inspector for the apartment found anything unsatisfactory, to direct it to him . I can’t speak more highly about this experience. The final job was excellent. You will be in the best hands using Maids Modern!

My first time service with this cleaning Company “Maids Modern” beginning with the Manager Antonio made the difference👍 he gave us an excellent house cleaning service and exactly what we asked.

This service cleaning company was absolutely awesome! And if you have any questions, the agent Diane is there to help you, Diane is just a phone call away. Furthermore Deserie made it very special by her professionalism and great house cleaning service. We are very pleased and we will like to request for her to come every four weeks.👍👍

Horrible experience, we hired this company for a DEEP cleaning of our trailer they went out to the location of the trailer to look at it and give us a price so we hired them. I was then told the cleaning lady would be there from 8-8:30am however it was 9:30am and no one had showed up, I messaged the company and they stated the messed up and they would be there from 10:30-11:30am and they didn’t show up until 12:15pm. The cleaning lady then stated that she was only there for a dusting so I had to contact the owner and they stated that no it was a deep cleaning I even had the contract I signed so they had to communicate to her that it was a deep cleaning and had to take her extra equipment for the deep cleaning. After she left I assumed which was bad in my part that she did the job she had went to do however when I went to look at the trailer I was confused on what she did because nothing was wiped down there was trash everywhere she supposedly vacuumed yet there was trash on the carpet the cabinets where still dirty and had trash inside and I had to clean the entire trailer myself after paying $230. I do not recommend this company, if this is how they left my trailer I can only imagine how they would leave a house after a deep cleaning. I want a refund the service was horrible.

I’ve had service for 6 months. Once a month. 4 of them I had to request another cleaner. They skip a lot of stuff, don’t wipe down or dust. several problems. Today Is the last time. There were 2 ppl that did. great. All staff are very nice they just don’t clean well

I was originally hired when the company operated under Merry Maids, which had established HR protocols and guidelines. Since transitioning to an independent model, there has been a noticeable decline in employee treatment. Management and ownership have shown a lack of support for hardworking employees, leading to a challenging work environment. They let me go because I spoke up about celebrating maids hard work and make sure they are given their tips for these reviews and to let them know that I need help in the office and becoming very overwhelmed because I began to have triple work load and majority time the manager always out with “errands and appointments “. I asked to step down and work as a team member maid or is there a future for a raise given it has been 3 years since a raise and manager asking me to do way more tasks that I was never assigned to do . Manager said no and had no remorse. Since they do not have an HR there’s no one to go to make a complaint about the treatment of the manger Antonio and owner Mike. I would not recommend this company.
Just an updated note - I asked to be a maid and you stated that would not be a good fit for me Antonio . You over work employees and talk down to and never consider a raise and stated we don’t get bonuses and yet you got a bonus . Stop with the lies Antonio . You and the owner mess with peoples hours ( just cause you feel like it or when someone speaks up about your guys behavior). Do better not just for these reviews .

I had a big messy problem. So I've had a lot of medical issues, which has me just barely able to take care of myself with basic day to day needs. So I haven't been able to take care of even basic upkeep of my home for years. Well, I finally had enough and decided to reach out and get the help I needed.

So, I finally decided to search for a home cleaning service near me by using Google Maps. I looked at and reached out to a few businesses. But the only one that I could get a hold of without waiting hours or days was Maids Modern. I was helped immediately and was able to have an in home estimate by the next morning. I got a great price, and was able to set up an appointment for the next business day. They were all very kind, professional, quick yet thorough in cleaning up my home. It looks amazing now! I highly recommend Maids Modern. Thanks again!

I’m not impressed. I have been using their service since December 2023 so not too long but they’re very inconsistent. It’s someone different each time. I never know what to expect. Sometimes they make the beds (not very neatly). Sometimes they don’t. It never smells clean afterwards. They striped the finish off one of my kitchen counters in a small area, they set whatever cleaning supplies they were using on top of my hamper which leaked into it and damaged a sweater that was inside. They clean the surface but don’t rinse so it leaves a gritty film on my counters. I hired them because I’m in so much pain physically but I can do a better job cleaning on my own. When talking to friends who have much bigger houses than me they are shocked at how much I pay for what I’m getting. Time to find a new cleaning service.

I have been with Merry Maids for 15 years and since it is the same people cleaning I am sure that I will continue to be happy with the service. I love their cleaning products which do a great job. Linda always does a great job and my shower glass looks brand new.
