My husband and I went to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It was also our first time there. Our server was fantastic! The ambience was marvelous. My salmon was a little under seasoned for my liking but still delicious. They made our anniversary special by decorating our table, presenting us with a card and a delicious mini cheesecake dessert plate. I would definitely go there again! Than you Ruth's Chris!

From the moment I walked in, the hospitality set the tone — warm greetings at the door, attentive service throughout, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do.The customer service was truly outstanding. My guide for the evening, Kavit, delivered thoughtful tips and impeccable service that elevated the entire experience. Manager Michael K. also made a point to check in, and that level of genuine care is rare.Now the food — absolutely phenomenal. The quality and execution were on par with James Beard–level dining and Michelin‑star standards you’d expect from the top steakhouses near Philadelphia. The steak reminded me of what true top‑tier steak used to taste like: rich, perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and memorable in every way.Every dish felt intentional, refined, and crafted with skill. It’s the kind of meal that makes you slow down and appreciate each bite.I’ll absolutely be returning — there’s a whole menu I’m excited to run through. If you’re anywhere near Newtown Square and want a world‑class steakhouse experience with hospitality to match, this is the place.

I’m so happy this location opened in newtown square ! I just got married today and decided to have our first meal together at this location. Scott took excellent care and went above and beyond for us on our special day. .
Management surprised us with some champagne and even comped a dessert.
This Newtown square location made our day very special today. Every other waiter and waitress stopped by and congratulated us.
The chef even came out to visit our table !
Thanks again Ruth Chris for making our day special! We will definitely be back to visit !
Oh and the food was spectacular!
Way better than the competition!

I’ve visited six other locations in other states in the past, and this one is no different. The food, service, ambiance, and experience are always exceptional and memorable. It is expensive, but it’s less than some similar high-end steakhouses.

On this occasion we ordered a ribeye, filet mignon, salmon with shrimp, Cobb salad, and mashed potatoes. The steaks were juicy, tender, bursting with flavor, and cooked perfectly. The salmon was fresh and flaky with a delightful cream sauce that was so delicious I even dipped a few pieces of steak in it. It was absolutely perfect! The salad and mashed potatoes were wonderful, as well, and then we finished the meal with bread pudding and vanilla ice cream.

Service was exceptional and it’s such a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Ruth’s Chris. I always love coming here and I’m glad to say this location is holding up the stellar reputation. I look forward to another visit for my next special occasion, when it’s well worth the price.
