Their equipment is up to date and the examine room was very clean. A very good experience. Wow! What an incredible experience! The exam was a breeze, everyone was so nice and invested in my concerns and thoughts, and the extra technology (which I normally worry about) is going to help my eyes exponentially! Everyone in the office was so knowledgeable about every part of the process and was willing to walk me through the new (or new looking) machines. The texts were great, making sure I knew everything had gone through on the booking page, and even the short wait time! Laura was so incredible helping me find my new “look”, helping me navigate the insane amount of options, and making sure I knew she was going to give me the truth straight. 10/10 glasses experience, I will be recommending The Eye Guys to everyone. Thank you!

Typically have been very happy with this place however this last appointment I asked to try out some different contacts which in the past they have given me a couple sample boxes of contacts for no charge. This time they gave me 1 weeks worth and charged me $50…

Dr Clarke & the staff were very friendly & great just wouldn’t have asked for a new brand to sample if I would have known I was going to be charged $50.

From start to finish it was a smooth quick process. The staff were all friendly and professional. I made an appointment online arrived on time and went right in. I had a complete exam, picked frames and was informed my glasses would be ready in a couple days which was just fine for me. I received a call later the same day saying they were ready and i could come pick them up anytime. Great Dr, great staff, great experience. Highly recommend.

My girls and myself have gone to Dr. John for many years. We love this new location (very welcoming & beautifully designed) and staff. Peggy has always been a favorite and now we got to meet more of their great staff. Brandy was so good at helping my youngest pick out her new glasses!
I recommend The Eye Guys for vision care. They are honest and upfront, answer all questions, extremely knowledgeable, attentive, patient and amazing to work with.

The eye guys always deliver top notch service. I highly recommend switching to a team of local eye doctors who are in it for the long haul instead of the big box places where you can get lost in the corporate paperwork. Dr Sievensend and staff are as good as it gets.

I have always received excellent care from Dr. Clarke at his previous location. A few days ago I had my first visit at the new location. My appointment was at 8:40, so I arrived at 8:30. There were 2 people in the waiting room when I arrived. They were each called back shortly after I arrived. Finally, at 9am I left. I understand things happen, however, it would have been appropriate to let me know they were running behind. I do not understand how they could have already been running behind after only being open for 40 minutes. Maybe the new place overbooks appointments. Who knows. As much as I like Dr Clarke, I will not be returning to this new way of doing business. The 1 star is for the cool picture of the Arc of Dreams.

This team is amazing and made my first visit go so well. I have general anxiety about appointments, but everything was explained well. I felt comfortable the entire time. They explained the tests and outcomes, and even my insurance process for purchasing new glasses.

I have been seeing Dr. Clarke well over a decade and my daughter for 10 yrs now (she got glasses at 3yrs old). He is always up to date on the latest technology and willing to listen to any concerns. He does a great job of taking into account any medical or age related issues that may overlap with my eye health and is awesome at explaining in "real" language even to kiddos!
In addition, he is just an all around nice guy who puts everyone at ease. At his new practice he has surrounded himself with people just as fantastic as him and it feels more like visiting friends than a doctor's appointment. I have and will continue to recommend him to everyone!

First time patient. I’m impressed. They have some really high tech painless assessment machines they used before and during the exam as well as some familiar equipment.

I received quality care from the moment I arrived. Dr. John did a thorough exam of my eyes and explained my current eye health, things to watch for and general health care pro tips.

I recommend this place.
