We love our new home at Amica! Such a beautiful building! Without exception the staff members are warm and welcoming. The food is fabulous and the servers are friendly and accommodating. We really look forward to mealtime!

I had a wonderful experience during my respite stay at Amica Credit Mills. The staff were warm, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay.
I especially appreciated the care and attention given to my dietary needs. As a vegan, I was delighted that the chef thoughtfully prepared meals that matched my preferences. It made a significant difference and showed the team's genuine commitment to accommodating residents' individual needs.
The entire kitchen team was outstanding, and I would like to give special recognition to Kris. Kris was exceptionally kind, compassionate, and attentive, treating every resident with respect and genuine care. The dedication and kindness shown by the kitchen staff truly enhanced my experience.
I highly recommend Amica Credit Mills to anyone looking for respite care. Their exceptional service, caring staff, and willingness to accommodate special dietary requirements, including vegan meals, make them an excellent choice.

Premium dining experience does not exist. Poorly trained staff including servers and cooks. The red seal chef has good intentions, but unfortunately his staff does not. āIām sorry about thatā is a phrase that is constantly repeated in the dining room. A decline in service and meal quality since opening in October 2025. It could be so much better if they all provided what was promised.
There is so much moreā¦
Reviews should be done by residents, not by those who go on a click bait tour and have no idea that what you are shown on the outside is certainly not what you get on the inside. You should question the following: HVAC problems. Poor maintenance. Poor housekeeping. Poor dining service. Lack of Quality in the āpremium dining experienceā. Poor management. High employee turnover. Filthy garage. Why have four managers have quit since the October 2025 opening. And the icing on the cake was a medical helicopter landing on the hospital landing pad at 1:30am, making enough noise to wake the dead.

AMICA CREDIT MILLS was recommended highly for Memory Care, after my sister and I, researched and visited a few other places in the Mississauga area. We met with Tammy and discussed our most concerns, the safety and care first for Mom before seeing the ambiance. She assured us of the 24 hour RCP's presentence and care will be there on the floor for Mom.
We moved Mom into Amica's "Memory Care " mid February of this year. I visited on a regularly basis during the week, there was always at least 5 RCP's present though out the floor keeping the residence happy and safe.
Mom was found one morning 3 weeks ago with a swollen broken wrists while recovering in hospital, I visited her suite one afternoon last week to discovered the Memory Care floor without a RCP around to open my Mom's room , I waited at least 8 minutes circled all around , only to find all the residence left unattended, finally one RCP appears out of back hall washroom whom was assisting a residence . I found this very concerning and unsafe especially being a "Memory Care" floor to have love ones alone with out one or two RCP's watching over them.
I immediately reported the incident to the GM and then to the Directory of Amica.
One week later same incident occurred ???
Luxury no doubt, 5 stars
Safety ????

I caution anyone who is touring/interested in placement at this memory care community. They charge a full refundable deposit of $1000 for an assessment - payable by credit card. Unfortunately due to their high price for care we had to decline the room for my mother. Now 30 days later I am still waiting on my refund which I have been advised will come by archaic method of a cheque. I have been completely ignored by the staff I have reached out to and when the GM (Ann) finally responded I was informed I would have it this week. This week is over and still havenāt received my cheque. Very disappointing service from a very large corporation. I hope this isnāt the type of service the residents/families living there are receiving.
