Pest Asset was the only company that actually eradicated the issue I had with mice in my basement. I had 5 other pest control companies come out that did essentially the same thing. They set bait stations and said to call them back if the problem persisted. Todd took the time to seal off all potential entry points using a combination of materials to accomplish this. Furthermore, I paid him extra to sanitize and replace soiled insulation in my basement. His price was fair and he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful customer service! He came to spray for wasp and spiders. 2 weeks later I saw some critters again so I contacted him and he was here same day to retreat. Another plus is, I love that he wears shoe coverings in the house!

Todd treated our house for tiny black ants- we are a new build and had ants in our first floor ventilation. We tried many store bought products- no luck. Called him and he was over in a few hours - same day! He treated baseboards- registers and the exterior of our house. Todd is knowledgeable, communicates honestly and quickly. He explanined the time line for an affective treatment, and that (if) we happen to see an any ants in the coming weeks to give him a call and he treat again- no extra cost. Ants have been gone for 6 weeks- and we are SO happy with his service. Price was very reasonable! We will be using Todd for ALL future pest problems.

I first called Todd last fall when I had an outbreak of lady beetles in my home. Todd came over within the hour and had the problem fixed right away. Now I have him coming over every other month to fight off bees, wasps, and. beetles. I can’t tell you what a difference it makes. He is professional and knowledgeable about his trade and I am so glad to be a customer.

I had an issue with bees at my home. I called Todd with Pest Asset and he came within the hour. I babysit my grandkids and was concerned someone would get stung. He clearly explained everything to me, treated my home and garage a week ago, and I have not seen a bee since. His prices were extremely affordable and he even offered to come back if his initial treatment was not successful. Very pleased with Pest Asset!

I had been battling a siege of ants for a week, using numerous brand name products and home remedies. I finally surrendered and called Pest Asset. Todd arrived two hours later, assessed the situation, and recommended an affordable plan of attack. I only saw 3 ants in the two days that followed and none since. The next time any pests come calling, I'm calling Pest Asset.
