Very clean, very beautiful, updated, quite, relaxing, great shower head and bathrooms, amazing kitchen, comfortable beds. Helpful staff, great pool, close entry to the beach, bathrooms short walk from the beach back towards the villa, safe and absolutely gorgeous!!!!

We like to come here mostly because of the heated pool. The view from the ocean is great and the balcony is nice too. My family and I have been here two years ago, and we’re going again this summer! Love this! 🩷

Very nice location. Just a 15 minute walk to Coligny Park and shopping area. Overall the facility and grounds are well maintained. The pool, although a bit small, is heated and kept clean. Very short walk to the beach with an access path by the pool. The view was perfect; you could sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sound of the waves.

Our condo was VERY damp and had a musty smell that could not be ignored. However, It was clean when we arrived and had plenty of utensils and dishes in the kitchen and there were games and books available for visitors. Strangely enough we didn’t experience the usual hodgepodge of leftover supplies that guest leave when visiting like salt & pepper shakers. So that was disappointing but not the end of the world
Also would have loved to have had access to a couple of beach chairs so that we didn’t need to rent of buy them.
The musty smell is makes it a 4 star and given the option I would have probably rated this a 3.5 star.

Perfect oceanfront spot on Hilton Head! The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had unbeatable views from the balcony. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Super smooth check-in, great location, and a comfortable stay overall. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Very close beach and major attractions. Love walking the beach hitting a restaurant and a bar from my room. The property was exceptional with all the amenities, including the pool. This property was was more affordable. Compared to local hotels and the location was just amazing!

Best vacation ever! Location is perfect - right on the beach. Small but nice pool. My kids love the ping pong. Everything is spotless. Condo is comfy and well decorated. I will be back!

Old dated building. Feels like an 80s resort. Our room was updated inside but can only dress it up so much. The view was the best part. 3rd floor and oceanfront. Looking over pool. If that's all you care about then fine but for me, it's not worth the price.

The views from the roomy balcony are great, the pool and the ocean are within easy walking distance. Everything is well maintained. September is a beautiful time to be here, warm weather, but no crowds. The villa we are staying in, is up to date and can sleep 4 adults and 2 children. It is one bedroom, has those cozy bunk beds built into the hallway and a sofa bed. It's perfect for a small family. I am booking it again for my next beach get away.

The condos are very old, but ours was updated. I am not used to not having central air, so it was hard to sleep with a window unit. Also not used to having a coin-operated laundry. But otherwise it was great! Loved the pool and the beach was gorgeous. Perfect sunrise spot!

Our go-to spot for vacation condo rentals on Hilton Head Island. Very affordable. Nice newer pool. Great views. Next to the nicely landspaced Ocean Oak Resort for a resort-like setting without the resort price. And located along the nicest stretch of beach on the island.
